Kristina is truly a gift & blessing to her clients! Undoubtedly her facials are the best I have ever received anywhere in the world & I mean that!! Her skills and talent ensure that she transforms your skin through a dedicated program that suits your needs and skin condition. I have been going to Kristina for the past few years for her custom organic Eminence facials and my skin has never looked better. Her 5 elements facial is one of my favorites and something I look forward to so much each month. Kristina's kindness & compassion towards her clients is the icing on the cake and she always goes the extra mile and you never feel rushed. I had the best facial experience today at Studio K in San Clemente--truly the best I've ever had. Elena was incredible: knowledgeable, kind, and so generous with her time and in answering all of my questions. I booked the Botinol Treatment, and it was both deeply relaxing and results-driven. The entire experience felt customized and thoughtful, and you can tell they use high-quality, progressive products. The studio itself is beautiful, calming, and perfectly captures that tranquil, by-the-sea vibe. If you're looking for a place that blends holistic care with real expertise, this is it. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and already planning my next visit. read more

BEST FACIAL EVER, REALLY! I could go on & on but suffice it to say, you will love your facial by Kristina. Not only was my facial relaxing but Kristina really knows how to reinvigorate your skin. Two hours later and my skin still feels alive. She utilizes every minute of your time to make the experience pleasurable. The upper body massage is so wonderful and compliments the facial. Relaxing music, aromas and a comfortable, warm environment is a plus! She does not hype her products unless you ask and is a wealth of knowledge regarding skin care. I just can't say enough! Kristina is hands down the most talented esthetician I've ever been to and I've been going to her for over two years and never leave disappointed. I'm an admitted spa and product junkie, having visited and been treated at some of the most exclusive spas nationally (and internationally) no one beats Kristina's technique or offering. I'm also a huge fan of the lines she carries (Yonka and Eminence). One would be so lucky to have Kristina treat them to an exquisite facial right in the heart of downtown San Clemente. Parking is super easy too. read more

Kristina is the absolute best! I recommend her to everyone because she is THAT good! The products she uses, her gentle touch, and the fabulous massage throughout will transport you to a blissful place. She gets every nook and cranny, extracting, using microdermablasion, and waxing to leave me looking and feeling like a million bucks! I have been going to Studio K since it's opening and I love it. Kristina does a great job creating a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. I find it very private, as there is only one client there at any time and the front door is locked during my session. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. This was genuinely one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had…read more The woman who worked on me was literally holding and looking at her phone while massaging me with the fingers of ONE HAND. At one point I actually turned around to see what was going on, and she appeared to be watching or reading something on her phone while she was supposed to be giving me a massage. This did not feel like a professional massage in any sense. There were no intentional therapeutic strokes, no real pressure, and absolutely no sense of care or attention. It felt like random, light finger movements while her attention was somewhere else entirely. I finally had to confront her and ask what kind of massage she was even giving me. The entire experience was so unprofessional that it honestly made me question whether the person working on me was properly trained or licensed. I cannot verify her licensing status, so I am not claiming that she was unlicensed -- but based on the experience I received, I would absolutely want to know what her professional qualifications were. What made it even stranger was that after giving me what barely qualified as a massage, she still seemed to expect a tip. I left feeling 100% worse than when I walked in. The whole experience felt uncomfortable, careless, and deeply unpleasant. I wish I remembered her name, but unfortunately I don't. I'm sharing this because people pay for massage expecting a trained professional who is actually present and attentive -- not someone looking at their phone while absentmindedly touching them with one hand. For me, this is a 100% stay away. I would never return. I will say though I had a friend who had a different person that was excellent - but the consistency is not good enough and first HORRIBLE experience w a massage for me so it's a hard NO.
