Oh my god. I wanted to like this place so much but I just cannot find many good things to say. My…read morestylist was nice and all but I left the salon not at all liking my hair. Before we started I told her that I'd rather we err on the side of dark rather than going too light. I also told her I wanted low maintenance highlights, as I go awhile between appointments. After 4 hours in the chair, I left with bright and incredibly brassy money pieces. They change the whole look AND they start about an inch and a half away from my hairline. This was the most I've ever paid for my hair and the least I've ever liked it, and I've been highlighting my hair for 7 years now.

I reached out to Trinh on Yelp and she was extremely flexible with scheduling, informative, and even more personable once I came in for my appointment. Since then, I've become a repeat customer and she's always very flexible with scheduling my refills. Trinh is honestly probably the only person that I will ever go to for eyelash extensions. I've gotten numerous compliments on my eyelashes. She absolutely customizes the extensions to suit your features and your style. She's great about explaining the techniques, she's easy to talk to, but you also have the option to nap since the first time getting extensions can take like 2 hours. I've heard from other people who get extensions elsewhere that they could feel the weight of their extensions, see the glue on their lashes, or that their lashes were damaged after getting extensions. Trinh truly takes the time and uses quality materials so that none of that has happened to me. I don't even notice the extensions unless I happen to be checking them out, everyone tells me how natural the extensions look, and I can still tell that my natural lashes are still healthy and long (just sad and straight without Trinh's extensions). Overall, highly recommend Trinh's salon. I haven't gotten my hair done here yet, but I'm sure I would in the future.

I am super picky when it comes to my hair because I've gotten it lightened before at other places that completely botched my hair and made it bronze. Trinh worked her magic and in about 2 hours and ONE session I got my hair to the color I wanted. I liked her technique and how she applied the color in layers and gave it depth. It came out soooo amazing. The salon was cute and stylish and Trinh herself was amazing and so fun to talk to. I definitely will be going back because I found my new hair salon!

Upon arrival, my temperature was taken by Grace. Shortly thereafter, my service was started. The salon was very clean and staff was professional. As I "people-watched", I noticed that the stylist remained engaged in conversation with each of their clients. Grace and I were able to connect in discussion of the Pandemic, the affect it had on the temporary closure of the salon and her eagerness to return to work. I want to reiterate my appreciation for my service as I understand that in school, each student is taught to complete services on multi-cultural clients. However, some salons (as I travel the US for business & pleasure) shy away from African-American hair. This salon was not the case. Thanks again Grace for your professionalism and your amazing work. My regular girl (Jade) was out on maternity leave so I had to see her replacement Chastity. If you have the option, DO NOT GO TO CHASTITY. My hair is LITERALLY turning orange from highlights I received from her. I also let them know I am not satisfied with the service provided and she never even attempted to contact me or make it tight which made me even more angry. She let me sit in the blower to blow dry my hair cause she didn't have time to finish my appointment but still charged my the full $220 for a partial highlight, I feel like I got screwed out of what could have been a great highlight for a wedding I had in December and will still not wear my hair down because it literally looks like shit. I have the most chunky highlights and feel like I look like Kelly Clarkson from the 2000s.... I hate my hair. See pictures. Please reconsider if you have to schedule with chastity.
