She's also got amazing hair of her own! I trust her with all of my hair needs. I have long, fine, Asian hair and I often request for a STRAIGHT trim with soft layers around the face. They make impeccable notes on your color and mix that is kept in the back, and if you have a new stylist, she will work from that and make adjustments as needed. Because of their working together, I have found the magic color that I love. I currently an styled by Emma, and she is super talented and really knows what will work best. She can decode what I am saying when I am trying to describe what I want, and it comes out better than I could imagine. As with several salons, they are always looking for the right match to work there. Currently, they have a smaller number of staff, but in the past, I've seen them have each station full and even shared. The same issue happens with front desk staff, but honestly, I am experiencing the same thing everywhere. You can leave a message or call back a little later if needed. My hair is LITERALLY turning orange from highlights I received from her. She let me sit in the blower to blow dry my hair cause she didn't have time to finish my appointment but still charged my the full $220 for a partial highlight, I feel like I got screwed out of what could have been a great highlight for a wedding I had in December and will still not wear my hair down because it literally looks like shit.
