I was greeted and checked in as soon as I arrived, which made the appointment start off smoothly. Diana is my wax specialist, and she is always incredibly thorough and pays close attention to detail. I have been getting waxes for over six years, and she consistently makes the experience comfortable. My waxes with her never seem painful, and she always takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. During my appointment, we discussed how to properly maintain my wax and how to regularly use the products they offer to care for the area between appointments. I already use several of their products, and I appreciate that she takes the time to educate and answer questions. The center itself was very clean, including the restroom, which is always something I notice. When I checked out, the scheduler at the front desk was friendly and let me know how many wax passes I had remaining. Since I have a wax pass, I did not have to pay anything other than Diana's tip.
