I follow color care closely and have worn vivid reds for years, washing in cold water with Moroccanoil color safe shampoo and conditioner, so the rapid fade was surprising. After I sent photos I was told a redo would be 105 for one bowl plus 35 for each extra bowl, the one week adjustment window had passed, and I was offered 20 percent off. Scheduling was also hard because the stylist was not in until around 11 30 on some days and I needed mornings. I left feeling disappointed and won't return. Service requested all over color. When sending payment for services, I accidentally sent it to her business account on Venmo which she claimed to be "fraudulent and frozen". Totally my fault for sending it to the wrong account,I admit that. However, as we are pulling up the the church to walk down the aisle..Kim calls the BRIDE to complain that she hadn't received payment from me. I explained I sent it to her wrong account. She was extremely rude and not to mention that this probably wasn't the time or place as we were about to walk down the aisle. Long story short..i sent her the payment to her PayPal. However, Venmo charged me for the transaction that was sent to Kim's "fraudulent" account.. I've been trying to get in contact with her SINCE JUNE 7th to help me fight this dispute with Venmo. It would take Kim less than 10 min to help me out BUT since she already got PAID the only response I've received from her in the last 3 months was "SORRY IM BUSY". Not sure about you guys..but last I checked this is the definition of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only have I tried to reach out..but so has the bride. I have such unruly, dry curls, and she led me to a perfect conditioner that helped repair my locks. I hadn't had a hair cut in a while, so Trinity made sure to talk to me about the length I wanted off and reassured me as she cut, instead of just chopping, like many stylists do.
