I've used Glam2Geaux multiple times over the years and it is always top notch! Beyond Exceptional!…read moreGlam 2 Geaux is a Dream Team! I can't say enough amazing things about Glam 2 Geaux! From the moment I first contacted Kim, I knew I was in good hands. This incredible team took my vision for my engagement photos, pre-bridals, and wedding and turned it into reality--no, scratch that, they elevated it to a level I didn't even know was possible! I had Glam 2 Geaux for multiple special events, and wow, they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The entire process was seamless. They were punctual, professional, and an absolute pleasure to be around. You can tell they have a passion for what they do because it shines through in their work. The hair? Perfectly styled and lasted all night long, even with my non-stop dancing. The makeup? Flawless, stunning, and somehow made me look like the best version of myself without feeling overly done even sweating my butt off during my prebridals. They really know how to enhance your natural beauty and make you feel like a superstar. But what really stood out to me was their attention to detail and their ability to make you feel so comfortable. It felt like I was being pampered by friends rather than just getting my hair and makeup done with how hilarious and down to earth Ashley and Kim were. They listened to what I wanted and added their expert touch, which made all the difference. Every single bridesmaid was obsessed with their makeup! My mom, mother in law, and grandmother were stunning as well! If you're looking for a hair and makeup team that's going to make you look and feel absolutely amazing, Glam2Geaux is the one to book. They're worth every penny, and I'll definitely be using them for all my future events! -KB

I did my hair and make up with Glam 2 Geaux for one of my friends wedding. Hair and makeup were…read moregreat...customer service however....the WORST I've ever experienced in my life. When sending payment for services, I accidentally sent it to her business account on Venmo which she claimed to be "fraudulent and frozen". Totally my fault for sending it to the wrong account,I admit that. However, as we are pulling up the the church to walk down the aisle..Kim calls the BRIDE to complain that she hadn't received payment from me. I explained I sent it to her wrong account. She was extremely rude and not to mention that this probably wasn't the time or place as we were about to walk down the aisle. Long story short..i sent her the payment to her PayPal. However, Venmo charged me for the transaction that was sent to Kim's "fraudulent" account.. I've been trying to get in contact with her SINCE JUNE 7th to help me fight this dispute with Venmo. It would take Kim less than 10 min to help me out BUT since she already got PAID the only response I've received from her in the last 3 months was "SORRY IM BUSY". Not sure about you guys..but last I checked this is the definition of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only have I tried to reach out..but so has the bride. KIM ONLY CARES ABOUT GETTING PAID Best of luck to anyone who works with her. Lol Hope you have a better experience and get treated better than I did.

My stylist, Trinity Tate, was extremely helpful when I was deciding what deep conditioner to choose. I have such unruly, dry curls, and she led me to a perfect conditioner that helped repair my locks. I hadn't had a hair cut in a while, so Trinity made sure to talk to me about the length I wanted off and reassured me as she cut, instead of just chopping, like many stylists do. My experience at Salon 1812 was wonderful and the prices were great for the services rendered. I left feeling renewed and very pleased. Would visit again!
