This seems to me to be antithetical to the goal of providing physical therapy when the patients in greatest need are rejected. I saw Christine once then a different massage person each time. this bothered me because you can't really get to know someone's body when you don't see them. That felt wrong to me. Kind of like a bodywork factory. my third visit the Massuse, while using her forearm ,a practice I that I think is wrongheaded as healing comes from the hands, dislocated my rib, the therapist felt awful and I did too. It has taken another truly wonderful body worker, an so far a week and a half for me to be able to move comfortably. the first night I couldn't even move. truely I would have let it go, knowing Christine was probably worried about a law suit, but not once did I anyone from the office call to see how I was doing. The lack of concern was astonishing to me. I wouldn't go back there if they paid me.

The BEST decision I made was going in to see Jack Collins to alleviate and get rid of my pain…read more (I've been to chiropractors, hand therapists, and acupuncturists) I struggle(d) with pain from tendinitis in my wrist from an overuse injury playing music...and back pain. Jack helped my tendinitis disappear after many visits (started to get more and more spaced out between visits and only went back for "maintenance"). I coupled Jacks treatment on my back with chiropractic care since I have scoliosis. Prepare yourself because treatment ain't comfortable, but you'll instantly feel the difference after a session of trigger point therapy. Thanks Jack!

There was initially a bit of a mess with my insurance and them - Anthem said they were in-network,…read morethey said they were out-of-network - that took a bit to get resolved, but that was the only negative. I saw Mona Lisa Perez for a few weeks prior to my microdiscectomy surgery and for 8 weeks after I was healed enough to resume PT. She is so, so skilled in in her field. She noticed and addressed things not just related to my lower back and having just completed my time with her, I legitimately feel stronger and like I'm more in control of my muscles and body movements. She was also delightful to work with - very personable and I often found myself laughing during our sessions. Crossing my fingers that I'll never need to return to PT again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to see Mona Lisa again.

The problem is that I paid upfront for both sessions and then my insurance company paid them as well. And they kept all the money. I complained and they responded with some BS about in-network/out-of-network, it's the insurance company's fault. No, it's simple. I paid them and then they kept my reimbursement from the insurance company. It's 7 weeks since the last appointment. It's clear I'm not getting my money back. It was just $185, so there's no legal option really. I'm just concerned that another client might not notice before they're out of a lot more money. James M. replied that they told me they were not accepting my insurance. Not true. They took all my information and said they would file the claims and see if they were accepted. James M. claimed that they cut ties with the insurance company in Sept. (I still have the email), If so, why did they file the claims in Dec. and Jan.? The insurance company did not accidentally pay James M.'s business. They filed the claims and my insurance company paid them to James M.'s business. And they didn't mention that to me.
