I overdid my workouts and wound up with some lingering pain in my shoulders and arms. I recognized it as a strain that would eventually heal itself, but at my age it heals a bit more slowly and while it wasn't debilitating, it did make my work day considerably less comfortable. It had been some time since I had a massage of any kind, so I googled it up and Arcata Lomi seemed convenient and I was impressed with the website presentation. It was easy to book a session, and as I work during the week I was grateful for the Sunday availability with Chello Brunett, who was exceptionally professional and friendly from the moment I arrived. She is not only very proficient at her craft, but puts all of herself into her work while paying close attention to your need and well-being. She managed to accelerate the healing of my injury significantly - and maybe she's not allowed to advertise it - not sure what the law says about it; but make no mistake that she is a healer, as are many who are not allowed to present as such. I say that as someone who is typically skeptical. But I also came out of the session thoroughly relaxed physically, mentally, and emotionally - much of the weight of what I have had to deal in life with seemed easier to carry for a while.
