I paid for an hour massage, and I got a full hour massage. Monica was very professional, and very good at what she does. I asked for a medium massage, and that's what I got. A little bit firm in a couple of spots, but not too much so. Even when she was a bit firm, it still felt great. She was able to straddle the line between medium and overly firm very well. She was very friendly, and listened very well to my requests. I left feeling great. This is *NOT* one of those "questionable places" that offer "extra services."It was a very professional, very legitimate massage. The price was only $60 for the hour, plus tip. I saw Aria in 2019. I went in complaining of stomach issues and constipation. Right away she…read moresuggested that I change my diet to Paleo. I was resistant as I have already taken so much out of my diet, but Aria assured me it would help. Honestly as someone who is a little fat I felt that she pressured me into it. It wasn't fun, but I did try it. Right away I felt terrible, so I emailed her. She told me this was normal and it would get better. The acupuncture was helping it but when I didn't see her my digestion went back to bad. After this I stopped seeing her as she went on leave. Unfortunately I followed this advice for years, thinking it would "fix me." I have since then learned this was terrible advice, as I have IBS. When I tired to each Paleo, I removed all of the grains from my diet and then added a lot of inflammatory vegetables. This was NOT the correct diet for me. I am now on the Low FOD-MAP diet and am better than I have been in years! Let me be clear acupuncturist ARE NOT DIETITIANS. DO not follow her diet advice. I did email Aria in the past year and ask why she would give me this advice. She did not take responsibility for giving me the wrong advice. I found her response very disappointing.
