A little bit firm in a couple of spots, but not too much so. Even when she was a bit firm, it still felt great. She was able to straddle the line between medium and overly firm very well. Stephanie is very talented and works in an almost clinical setting: a keypad-locked complex of medical offices, not a spa-like setting. This was not for relaxing self-care, but for expertly & efficiently releasing muscle knots, as the name of the business implies!
