Disappointed! I'm…read morenot one to leave reviews, but Dr. Nathan Webb did not leave a good impression with me. It was my first visit with him as a new patient at Center for Natural Medicine, and I had to take off work to make the appointment, after waiting for weeks. Due to my busy day at work and traffic issues, I was 7 minutes late to my 1-hour appointment. I brought all the necessary paperwork that had been emailed to me and it was filled out prior to my arrival. I was ready to go when I walked in. Dr. Webb then handed me more paperwork to fill out after I arrived. I'm now repeating the same information onto more forms for the third time, which I've already stated twice before on the previous forms. After filling this paperwork out and handing it to Dr. Webb, we're now 15 minutes into my 1-hour appointment and he tells me he's not going to see me and that I'll have to make another appointment (weeks out) because it's too late. I explained to him there's plenty of time left to get done what we can and that I'm also a busy working professional with responsibilities and obligations, and I did the best I could to get there on time. I provided all the completed paperwork that had been emailed to me. He did not care. He said "Bro, you were late..." I explained to him that, at this point, we still had 45 minutes left. Again, he refused to see me. I explained to Dr. Webb that I was obviously upset, after having waited for weeks and taken the time to fill out all the forms, then take off work, rush to drive 13 miles to his office, and then be denied medical treatment when my time was still scheduled and available. His response was a calm and condescending, "You don't have to come back." After an already busy and difficult day, that was the last thing I was prepared to hear. In the end, it's his business and he can choose to treat people however he wants and deny service if he so chooses; however, I found it unprofessional and lacking empathy for a community he says he seeks to serve. Apparently, Dr. Webb doesn't need the business.

This kind person helped me when I was in need and while I enjoy a practitioner that's informative, I prefer my sessions to be with less talking. He either spends the time telling me that I need to exercise, and stretch more (instead of working on the task at hand), or venting political frustrations at me (for a chiro appointment? C'mon!). After an uncomfortable, abrupt, and pokey massage with a massage gun, and a couple unsuccessful attempts at making my back crack, he told me that he wasn't able to do anything because I wasn't loose enough (but that he'd be charging the fee, regardless). I basically paid $40 to get told that I'm fat and that I should stretch more. That it's my fault that he was ineffective at his job. The appointment was only 30 minutes. Other chiropractors that I've seen will put a heated pad on me, to loosen the muscles, before making adjustments. After adjustments are made, I'll usually get a follow up massage, or electrical therapy. I just don't think that I Jallo cares to take the time. I'm curious about how many people he sends away, telling them they it's their fault that he wasn't able to do anything. I gave him 2 stars because he's inexpensive, and was able to see me right away. He's inexpensive, but, then again, you get what you pay for. I won't be returning for a follow up visit. Maybe you'll have more luck than I did.

Jack helped my tendinitis disappear after many visits (started to get more and more spaced out between visits and only went back for "maintenance"). I coupled Jacks treatment on my back with chiropractic care since I have scoliosis. Prepare yourself because treatment ain't comfortable, but you'll instantly feel the difference after a session of trigger point therapy. Thanks Jack!

He took my headdress as a personal offense and kept talking about it being a safe space, as-if me covering my hair had anything to do with him. The audacity. He said I had to remove my headwrap & use a pillowcase! He then sneakingly and deceitfully slowly removed this random pillowcase he made me use during the neck massage. This guy is an arrogant egocentric narcissist. This is definitely not a safe space for everyone. Whenever I saw him in public after this, he pointed to his hair while looking at me with this odd expression. I get massaged weekly and this is by far the most regrettable massage. I wish I never allowed this weirdo to touch me with his pompous fake deceitful trickster energy.

I left feeling like I had more control over the pain level, validated, relaxed from the massage, and like my hip was not spasming. I felt like It was a little mindfulness heavy however with David's attuned care and guidance it was very calming and easy to lean into. I also greatly appreciated that he took my appointment very last minute and heard my concerns of pain. Great hands and technique!
