One time they overcharged me by about $70 and then refused to refund me saying I had to use it as a credit. What the heck? It's their fault and that's my money. The next time they rescheduled me to an earlier time without checking with me. They just sent me an email to my work email but I was on vacation so I never saw it. So they rescheduled me without my consent and then when I was late to the appointment, I got shorted on my massage by about half an hour. Office staff was rude and did not care that they had inconvenience me and charged me money for something I did not receive again. Update. After I called the office on my way to my massage appointment, they offered to reschedule after I told him I did not see their message and was now stuck in road construction. So that was a bonus. Also, I received a call from the office manager the day after I wrote this review. Office mgr told me that they had in fact credited my credit card the $70 they owed me. The thing is no one told me that and I was simply told I had used up all my credit. The office manager wanted to talk to me so I explained to her the problem. I also told her I was super busy and in the middle of loading up the truck for a dump run. It took three tries to get her off the phone after I told her I couldn't talk right now and then she wanted to call me back to talk about it more. I'm not quite sure why. All I want is good communication about appointments and billing. I sort of felt like I was being interrogated about my complaint and it was pretty uncomfortable.

I was in pain and under a lot of stress from injuring my wrist and lower back from falling a lot, was in the midst of a masters program and working part time. After seeing Dr. Anna regularly I was able to recover from my derby injuries much faster and she also helped me with my chronic neck tension and lower back pain. She is also very thoughtful, kind and funny. Not to mention extremely thorough and non-judgmental! Also, there are cute dogs in her office and a lovely front desk person to assist with all of your paperwork and appointment needs. They don't accept insurance but do offer discounts for students and folks who do derby (maybe other sports too). I would highly recommend her!

He either spends the time telling me that I need to exercise, and stretch more (instead of working on the task at hand), or venting political frustrations at me (for a chiro appointment? C'mon!). After an uncomfortable, abrupt, and pokey massage with a massage gun, and a couple unsuccessful attempts at making my back crack, he told me that he wasn't able to do anything because I wasn't loose enough (but that he'd be charging the fee, regardless). I basically paid $40 to get told that I'm fat and that I should stretch more. That it's my fault that he was ineffective at his job. The appointment was only 30 minutes. Other chiropractors that I've seen will put a heated pad on me, to loosen the muscles, before making adjustments. After adjustments are made, I'll usually get a follow up massage, or electrical therapy. I just don't think that I Jallo cares to take the time. I'm curious about how many people he sends away, telling them they it's their fault that he wasn't able to do anything. I gave him 2 stars because he's inexpensive, and was able to see me right away. He's inexpensive, but, then again, you get what you pay for. I won't be returning for a follow up visit. Maybe you'll have more luck than I did.
