First, let me start by saying the place is dirty and dimly lit. The associate that helped us at the counter was the least informative and worst customer service experience. I have had this year. I came back out for the range and had a few questions did not want to speak to the same associates so wound up speaking to the manager, however he confirmed everything that the associate was saying. I thanked them for the help (sarcastic smile). And then googled the nearest gun range from their location. I then found Georgia gun club about 10 minutes away. This was night and day difference and spent well over $2000 on firearms for my wife and myself that I intended to give to trigger time however, because of their lack of customer service. Took a foreign guest who has never touched a gun in his life, due to no opportunity. took a safety course for the first timer. I highly recommend this this short class to increase the safety for all. Jackson did a fantastic job on safety and handling. A good time was had with the G17 and AR 9mm flip up sights for the introductory indoor target shooting. Fun for all. This was my first time shooting in a very long time. this is the range that my colleague loves to go to, so needing to destress, i decided to join him... we used a bunch of his guns first (a few 22mm, then a 9mm), and after we depleted all of his bullets, we decided to rent some more guns ($10 for all the guns u want (1 at a time though)) and some more ammo i started off slow, but started to get the hang of it as time went on. got a short tutorial from the staff while i was there, as well as instruction from my buddy. The staff was absolutely amazing. they explained each gun to me, and didn't get upset when i asked stupid questions (such as what is the difference between the calibers? or why some guns are so tiny, yet cost nearly $1000!) In the end, i was quite impressed with the service they offer, an the prices are quite reasonable. for 2 people, it was $20 for range time each target started at $1.50 bullets - for a 22mm, it was around $5 for a 9mm, it was around 16 i can't wait to go back...such a fun time (just an expensive hobby!) read more

The place is clean and the gun shop area neat and organized, warnings well posted throughout the place. But the guys behind the counter need to resist talking politics in front of others who they don't know. I was very offended by the one guy's comment concerning women in government. You don't know me and you probably never will. I'm liberal-leaning and strongly support the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution, but in today's political climate don't assume just because a person comes in to shoot their guns and rifles they support the other side. I find disparaging remarks disrespectful to all women, especially the women who are legally elected to their position from their home state. Condescending attitude over time loses customers. You don't need my money so you won't be seeing me or my husband in your establishment. read more

You already have a rating of three and one half stars, compared to all other gun stores in the area that has a four or five star rating. Looks like you are looking to get that down to a two star. Have been in several times and found a very unpleasant attitude from some of the employees. Not sure who the owner is, but if he is the one that shows up about 11:20 to unlock the store and go in to open at 12:00, I guess there is no hope. Very unfriendly and rude. Doing business with gun stores is expensive. Customers can find much more friendly gun stores to give their money to. read more

I have been going here for quite some time! The staff is Very friendly and it's very well maintained. The ranges are very clean and it's very comfortable not too cold or hot! The setup of the ranges are very easy to get use to. Shooting here has been a pleasure. They also have a big variety of loaners they will let you try. It was my first time to a gun range so not much to compare from. They checked me in and I was able to fire a couple boxes of ammunition from my new S&W. Equipment worked well. I knocked them to a four just because they didn't seem to be enforcing the range rules. There was a guy with a rifle doing rapid fire on the range. It didn't bother me, but why make the rules if you are not going to enforce them? Other than that the people there were great and shooters were friendly. They had an area to "dispose your brass". First let me preface this by saying that I am NOT an amateur shooter, but I have also never owned a shooting range. I have been a shooter for over 30 years and I have put rounds down range at dozens, and dozens of establishments, both indoors, outdoors, and in all parts of the country. Some professional rated facilities, and some not so much so. The reason I am giving this business a poor review is based on my experience in this establishment as a customer. Over the last 20 years or so gun shops and shooting ranges have evolved and begun to focus on customer service and experience, with better training for its industry employees, excellent clubs with premium memberships and discounts, as well as top notch facilities that would allow for a level of fun, while enjoying the sport of "shooting" which, in my opinion, should be a memorable experience rather than a stressful one. Being around guns can, and usually is, stressful for some people, especially first time shooters, and customers who are unfamiliar with firearms but want to take interest in them. The good: This is a nice range that is clean and well kept. The retail side of the range where the firearms, accessories, and other items are, is well organized and neat. The overall condition of the building, and the area that the range is located in is great! All of the lane operations are labeled for easy use, and the ventilation, spacing, and lighting was very good. The bad: While this range is well kept, the staff is not very friendly, or customer service oriented. I was not greeted at the door, or even acknowledged when I first walked in (I was the only customer in the building at the time). Once they took interest in me there was no conversation about whether or not this was my first time shooting, nor was I informed of any rules, policies, or procedures. I was told almost immediately that there was a limit on shooting and that I could not retain my ammunition once I was done shooting (date of my visit was in August 2020 during COVID pandemic and an ammo shortage). I was informed that I could not buy ammo and leave with it....I could not shoot my own ammo, and I was limited to purchase of 1 box of ammunition. For that box I was charged $40 for a caliber that usually runs $11-$15 a box. Once I was done shooting I browsed in the store front for a few moments and the two employees were engaged in very intense mutual sided political conversation with each of them being on two different sides of the store, so it was clear that they either had no issues discussing politics openly, or it was intended that I hear the views of each of these employees. I am a firm believer that discussing politics should be everyone's right, but discussing politics in gun stores should probably be approached with a little more care. After a few minutes browsing the prices and discovering extremely high mark ups, I departed the store and said, "Thanks, nice place!" to which I received no response in the 4 steps it took me to get to the door. Conclusion: I have read some of the positive and negative reviews on this place. I would say that the negative reviews are all pretty accurate based on what I read and how they matched my experience. If you are ok with extremely high prices, and price gouging, and you are ok with open political talk regardless of present customer clientele, as well as very little customer service or an overall perception of a friendly atmosphere...then this place is a good choice. If you are a casual shooter, a first timer, are easily offended by open political conversation that is extreme at times, and one sided, or you are new to the area, I would definitely skip this place. This place embodies a level of old school gun store ownership mentality that causes stress and there are obvious power position perceptions in this place. They simply haven't caught up with the times like so many other shops in the industry. I would advise to spend your money elsewhere as there are several places in and around the Gwinnett County and metro Atlanta area that have a much better atmosphere and a much, much, better all around experience to offer. read more

Maybe I wanted to do some shopping? They're an absolute joke & cant wait for this place to close down or new ownership so we can actually have something decent in the area. read more

I don't usually do reviews but when I do the place deserves a review. They have a Very helpful and knowledgeable team. They helped me buy my first Ar-15 , showed me tips and tricks from cleaning my rifle properly to shooting my rifle accurately. Great customer service and they are very friendly, helpful, and clean. I go to a lot of gun ranges this one has a decent set up and yes a clean restroom. I look forward to coming back and taking some of the training classes that they offer at the facility. This place is terrible! I downloaded Yelp specifically to give them a bad review. They judged my friends and I from the second we walked in the store. I was in the army for 4 years and know how to properly handle a weapon there is no need to talk down to me like I'm a child. The employee literally cursed us out for "shooting too fast" the f bomb was unappreciated and if I could give them zero stars I would. I downloaded yelp, just to write this review. Trigger time is by far the worst gun range I've ever been to. The staff was very condescending and rude to our whole group. Waited for 10 mins for assistance while two employees stood in the corner talking. When we finally were waited on to go shooting, we were yelled at from across the store to put on eye and ear protection, as we were putting them on. Never going back and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more
