Hands down, best choice I've made training at Trifit. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.  I've been going to Trifit for over 2 years now and have achieved better results in that time than I have ever achieved at any other gym throughout my life. Coming from a fitness background; as a previous Zumba instructor for nearly 10 years.  My experience with Trifit has been and continues to be exceptional.  The trainers are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey. A special shout out to one of my favorite trainers ( Alex ). He's always very welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and super funny!! He always makes our workouts entertaining.  Don't get me wrong, every trainer at Trifit is amazing, they bring a different element to the gym & they all represent what Trifit stands for.   A little background about me: As soon as I joined Trifit I had to get both my knees replaced within months of joining.  Trifit was very accommodating to my needs after both my surgeries.  I can do things now I would have NEVER imagined I'd be able to do after having both my knees replaced. I really appreciate the trainers ability to give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout especially when I need a modification. I see a change in my energy levels, how much stronger I am, and most definitely the transformation of my body. It's great & I feel amazing!  I train here about 4 times a week and see the same consistent positive trainers & awesome music every time.  Fellow members are inspiring & the comradery is just amazing which creates a perfect workout environment. The workouts are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback, adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement.  It's great to be able to get stronger and have proper form in a group setting, while still getting that cardio in. It's a challenging workout but they do cater to each individuals abilities no matter what fitness level you're at.  Workouts are rewarding and produce amazing results if you commit to it. It's cozy environment/private gym that feels more personal. The community they have built at this studio is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here.  Good mix of functional fitness.  There are never too many people which is nice. They have classes that are offered all throughout the day - good, varied range of different options. Easily the best gym in the city with a great workout atmosphere. For most of my life, I only exercised/went to the gym out of a sense of obligation, never because I actively wanted to do it. Cardio was never that interesting, and lifting any sort of weights at a gym was both intimidating and felt like a waste because I wasn't sure how to do it effectively. So I'd go to the gym for a few months, then a vacation or illness would come up and I'd stop going, repeat the cycle endlessly. In 2023 I decided to commit to working out regularly, but I knew I would need more incentive to stay with it. So I searched around my area for private gyms with small group classes and landed on Trifit. Their slogan of "the gym for non-gym people" spoke to me so I gave it a shot, and it's now been more than 2 years of me going 3-5 days a week. I cannot emphasize enough how special this place is. You have people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels working out side by side and being incredibly supportive. There are absolutely no egos here, it's a true community. Coming to a new place is always a little intimidating, but you will feel comfortable the second you walk in the door. And the staff -- I think most places you are lucky to find 1-2 great trainers, but somehow this place has landed five of the best people I've ever met. Steven and Alex, the co-owners, have created something truly unique. They are two of the most passionate, caring and genuine people you will ever meet, and one session with either of them will have you believing in yourself in a whole new way. I came of age in the early 2000s, when, if anyone remembers, was the era of extreme thinness and shaming anyone who wasn't a size 00. I spent my entire young adult/adult life trying to shrink myself down and become smaller, because that's what I was told was what every woman needed to strive for. Weightlifting and working with the staff at Trifit has given me a new perspective on what's healthy. I'm no longer focused on trying to make my body into something it's not, and instead I am embracing my own strength and power. You can't put a price on that. I can not say enough good things about TriFit. The group classes are amazing, and the trainers actually know what they are doing (they are all in amazing shape also). They push you to the limit (no gimmicks). They are extremely knowledgeable, and even better, relatable. They go above and beyond for each member, and that is probably what stuck out to me the most. The moment I stepped foot through the door they treated me like I had been a member for over 20 years. I had lost motivation for the gym, and could not get myself to step back in. I now find myself waking up for a 5:30a class EVERY morning, and do not need to rely on numerous cups of coffee to get me through the day. After only working out here for 1 month, I have seen dramatic results not only in how my clothes are fitting, but more importantly how I feel physically/ mentally (much more clear headed, etc). If there were 10 stars, you better believe I would give them that. You won't be disappointed, it is completely worth the money, and you WILL see results! read more

I am 76 years old and have been at Vitality for the past 2 years. Before I started I had trouble with balance and was told by my physician to do core body exercises. I first tried a local gym and then decided to get a personal trainer. A fellow I know looked so great for his age and told me about Vitality and that's when I started to exercise vigorously three times a week. Much of what I did was to strengthen my core. After about 8 months my balance problem started to disappear and I have had no problems for well over a year. I sleep better and am much stronger than any of my friends. It has made a great difference and I plan to continue. You can't go wrong with having a personal trainer and the folks at Vitality are all excellent. I have been going to TriFit Wellness for two years and I still look forward to every workout. I love the people here and I especially love my trainers Alex and Steven. Since they bought the gym, you can feel their leadership and culture come through in everything. It feels welcoming, personal, and authentic to who they are. Now their social media and messaging actually match the experience you get when you walk through the door. They are attracting the kind of community they have built, which is positive, encouraging, and fun. The best part is I am seeing results. This is a small gym that gives personalized attention from excellent trainers. Of course, I feel my trainer Jenn is the best but I honestly feel all of the trainers I observe there are better than you find at most gyms. You do not pay a membership fee & you may participate in either one on one or group sessions. It is clean, well maintained, & the people who work there care about their clients. It's about the client here; not the trainer's ego. I see a cross section of ages & fitness levels so people work towards their own goals. As a regular, you get familiar with others who train there & it's a pretty supportive & fun environment. the owner is open to suggestion & his goal is to make this the best it can be I believe. It is not the cheapest but they run specials & it is worth more that the mass sweat boxes. I am my best when I go regularly. read more

So, I've been dragged....er, graciously guided through almost two years of workouts at TriFit and shockingly I haven't fled in terror. Why? Two words: Steven and Alex. Steven and Alex somehow manage to make corrective movement and injury prevention seem reasonable. Somehow, they've also convinced me that doing squats is a privilege and not medieval punishment. They are passionate, knowledgeable, and incapable of hiding the joy when you finish a set you thought you couldn't. Oh, and the other highlight? The fabulous group of humans I've met who are now actual friends, not just awkward sweat buddies. TriFit's warm and unpretentious community seriously delivers. TriFit has truly been a blessing! Over the last few years, I've struggled to find a workout that fits my needs. I'm not a gym person, HIIT workouts are a no-go, and I have a back injury that I need to be careful of. This is how TriFit differs from the rest- its not an open gym, its not a HIIT workout, and the coaches provide tailored/alternative exercises if needed. The 45 minute workouts are structured, expertly planned, and the coaches are with you every minute. I've been going consistently for six months and have seen incredible results already! In addition to facilitating my physical health, TriFit has attributed greatly to my mental health by providing such a safe and welcoming space. After gaining 20 lbs and seeing my blood pressure soar, I had one goal this year: get into the gym 3 times a week consistently. TriFit has made that easy and I've blown away my fitness goals. I'm a guy with pretty average build and decent diet habits but after years of working with intense trainers or walking around Lifetime aimlessly, I have finally gained muscle mass at 55 years old and lost 3 pants sizes this year. (My BP also normalized and I stopped snoring). All the while laughing and making friends. I joined TriFit over the summer after years of not working out. I knew I needed individualized guidance - someone to meet me where I'm at and to slowly help me scale up over time. A neighbor highly recommended TriFit and after trying it, both me and my husband joined. The workouts are challenging but the trainers help with modifications and form. They help you track your progress by offering inbody scans and keeping tracking sheets on file of weight/reps of specific exercises (this is optional but I love to see it and don't track it otherwise). It's also just a great community - friendly people, all different levels of fitness, positive and encouraging environment, awesome trainers. The cost of membership is a great value. Been at this gym for over a year now and very pleased to be a member. Having previously been extremely active both for work and outside of work I had never seen the value add to gym life and was frankly put off by "gym culture". Have had a bit of an eye opener with the many benefits of functional resistance training and very much enjoy the culture of wellness Tri Fit have created. Their program is excellent.
