They submitted my application 4 times to a Electric and it was flagged this interefered with my services being connected in a certain timeframe. I had to complete an application with another Electric Provider due to after 72 hours the issue still wasn't resolved on Compare Power end or Atlantex Energy end. Also, do not choose Atlantex or sister company Atlantic, the customer service is unprofessional, there's no first call resolution and they do not have the proper CSR experience. It was a hassle and very mentally draining. I would never known my services wasn't yet switched after being approved until I called the electric company, this was after sending in identification and lease for address verification, some I never went through with any utility company.
