Audrey is the person who spoke with and suddenly unavailable during this conversation. They clearly double book that session but declined to admit an error. Since it was bought out from SafeSplash, we saw a decline in students, the vibes are off from the coaches, the parents/kids. The management cares more about the tasks not actually care of each kid. The new swim curriculum is weird and I don't see any improvement from my 2 and 4 year old boys compared to my 8 year old when he started with aqua Safe's curriculum. Finally, I don't recommend it this place anymore. It used to be awesome for the kids but now they're more focus on making money vs kids growth in swim. Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with prior to John were dismissive and unhelpful, simply directing me back to a website that doesn't work. It's discouraging to see so many positive reviews when new customers are unable to register at all. If you collect contact information and even credit card details but have no functional way to complete registration, it undermines trust and credibility. A business that cannot prioritize basic customer service and onboarding--especially when parents are trying to ensure safety and instruction for their children--misses the mark entirely. Both of our boys are on the spectrum, and while my younger son was having some difficulty focusing in the water (which is to be expected given how much he loves it), the instructor's reaction was completely inappropriate. During the last session, the instructor was visibly upset--rolling his eyes and even looking up at the ceiling in frustration. No parent should ever have to witness that kind of behavior directed at their child, especially a child on the spectrum who needs patience and support. To make matters worse, when we called to cancel and withdraw our kids from the program, the staff member we spoke with didn't even ask why we were leaving or show any concern at all. That lack of care and understanding was just as disappointing as what we saw during lessons. Parents of children with autism, please think twice before enrolling your kids here. We all want an environment that offers patience, care, and encouragement, and unfortunately EVO did not provide that for our family. We will not be returning.

We were so thankful to have swim lessons with Morgan this summer. Our children went from nearly…read morezero swimming skills to complete independence in the water. Our three year old can now jump in on his own, swim to the middle of the pool, and even dive down to get a toy before going back to the edge of the pool. Not only is he confident in the water and having more fun than ever before, we have so much more peace of mind around water in the summer. Our six year old was more nervous about starting lessons and had lessons in the past that made him more nervous around water and even asked not to do more swim lessons. Morgan was phenomenal with him and he was having so much fun right away. His fear of floating disappeared in days, and by the end of his sessions he was swimming confidently and diving. He no longer feels nervous or asks for floaties when we're swimming together as a family - he's a true swimmer now! We would highly recommend Morgan and Sunsational to anyone looking to build real swimming skills. We have a young infant and will absolutely return to Sunsational when she is old enough for lessons, and probably even do refresher lessons at the beginning of next summer.
