Kevin and Lance gave a very good classroom portion shoeing the importance of gun safety and general knowledge. Check in was easy, got set up for my safety class since I never shot a gun before. The weapon picked for shotting was a glock 9. We got set up in our lane and got our targets up and we were ready! I went in to check on my order and was met with 'Did we call you'. No you didn't call me and this is the second time I had to check on my order with not communication. I asked if there was something in stock that would be a viable replacement for the ones I ordered. 'No I can't do that' was the response, "I want my money back", 'No I can't do that'. I can't get the products I ordered and I can't get my money back. The only option I have is to take them to small clams court. I am very disappointed after years of frequenting this place I will never go back and I would never recommend the to anyone.

We will definitely take more classes with her and be back to practice at the virtual range. Highly recommend. Plus she did the fingerprints and even took care of mailing EVERYTHING in to DPS to get our permits. Had to add that if you go to the virtual range you can choose from real-life scenarios or simple targets. And Whitney has most makes/models set up for virtual range so you can practice with what you would normally carry. She also clears up myths and makes statutes and rulings easy to understand and apply to everyday carry.

Arrived at 8:30 and met members of my Medical & Safety Teams. Training Event 10/5 This is our second Team training event here. Stop the Bleed was our last class. Today's was part of our teams two year CPR & AED re-certification class. The class was taught by Battalion Chief Mark Cichocki. This was an instruction and hands on curriculum using Adult and Infant dummy torsos for the CPR and AED practice. Instructor "Fire Battalion Chief" Mark was outstanding. His years serving in fire and rescue was apparent, his instruction smartly mixed with real world examples was perfect. Mark's delivery style kept things moving and interesting. Value 10/5 $30pp no cert and $60pp for the two year certifications are exceptional price points compared to the big organizations ARC & AHA. He completely drains the fun out of the visit. ​Power-Tripping Range Officers: While I completely understand and respect the absolute necessity of gun safety, the RSOs here cross the line into being flat-out rude. They yell at shooters and treat you like you've never handled a firearm before. ​Zero Urgency: When there is a waitlist, the staff shows absolutely no urgency to get shooters assigned to open tables. ​I've been to many ranges, and this is easily one I would never recommend to anyone. They act like you're using their personal firearms and ammo. I won't be back, and I'll be making sure my friends avoid this place as well.
