If you live in the East Valley and are looking for a great range experience, Unlimited Ammo…read moreShooting Range, formerly Gun Club 82, is the place to go. When I visited, one of the owners was outside making root beer floats for customers and greeting everyone as they arrived. That level of hospitality is rare and really stood out. Inside, the range features a full showroom with new firearms, merchandise, and even a restaurant, making it more than just a shooting spot. There are plenty of lanes for both rifles and pistols, and if you need ammunition, they have a wide selection of calibers at very competitive prices. For those who shoot suppressed, I would recommend trying their butter rounds. What truly sets this company apart is the people and the culture they create. The staff at both locations are consistently respectful, approachable, and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and answer questions, ensuring that every customer, whether new or experienced, has a positive experience. I also learned that they will be offering CCW classes and training opportunities for shooters at all levels, which is an exciting addition. Overall, Unlimited Ammo Shooting Range is more than just a range. It is a community-driven company that values customer experience. I highly recommend checking them out.

Instructors and training @ SRT is top notch. I've spent almost 2 years learning to "fight" and the…read moretraining has been...illuminating. This is not a martial arts discipline, or MMA. It is real world fighting techniques taught by current LEO's here in the Valley. I always thought a fight was a stand-up thing. WRONG! Over 90% of hand-to-hand encounters end up on the ground. Stay Ready Training teaches you the tactics of when it is time to fight, fight violently and aggressively to end it fast. You're taught to become comfortable being uncomfortable. AND, be a great witness, for yourself. Because the instructors are LEO's we are taught how to articulate WHY the fight happened and what we did to defend ourselves. This alone is worth the cost of the instruction. If you get into it in a bar with some drunk D-bag, you need to be able to explain why you did what you did when the PD shows up. The training at SRT may keep you from being arrested.
