After visiting two other related store, Custom Sounds and Tint came in at a rate that wasn't even close. I was able to schedule out my appointment about a week out and get it all knocked out quickly. I already knew what radio I wanted, which they had it in stock but they do have a nice selection if you aren't too sure. All in all, process was simple and right in line to what I wanted to pay.

I walked in and asked "is Mike here today"? He responded "he is here today...just not right now". He had a smug attitude and at first I just thought he just wasn't good at being funny. Then when I took him out to show him what I needed and an issue I was having, he said I was doing something wrong. Again maybe I was but his smug attitude showed through again. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for an install of my toolbox that I was told would take 20 to 30 minutes I approached James and asked if everything was going okay with the install. The reason I asked is because the first tool box ordered didn't fit. He again had an attitude when telling me they were working on it. When told him that I only asked because of how long it was taking his reply was simply "ok" and he walked off to help someone else. Not a "I'm sorry" or we are doing this or that, just a dismissive "ok". If you can only treat your customers good and not all customers of your business then James should find another job. On the bright side, Mike is great, their products are great and their prices are great. Just make sure to ask for Mike when you go see them. If I had to deal with James anytime I came in I would choose another business. Update: I watched him deal with an elderly lady (after 2 hours...still there). He was dismissive to her as well. She became frustrated with how he was treating her as well. You could tell it in her voice. He may be a great installer but he really has no business in customer service. I am an executive in a retail company for 20 years now and if I saw any of my employees treat people this was I would make a change.

Infinity Conversions has applied a decal (purchased by us elsewhere) to our baby's helmet not once, but twice, done an excellent job, and refused to accept any payment for it. Specifically, I've worked with Patrick both times, who has been accommodating, caring, and an all-around pleasure to interact with. We have yet to go to them for auto needs, but we will be their customers for that in the future! Just wanted to give them some praise because I believe in supporting businesses that have excellent people and customer service.

We had scraped the side of our rear driver side door on our Model Y pulling into our garage. We took the car to another body shop and they completely botched the job - the paint was a complete mismatch and they had sanded the door down so badly that there were no body lines left. It was completely unacceptable and needed to be fixed. We knew that we needed to take it somewhere that knew exactly how to handle a Tesla and restore it back to factory. Autocraft was exactly what we needed. They concluded that the previous work was so bad that we needed a new door. Once we decided to go with them, they promptly ordered the door for us and got us on their schedule. Tammie and Jaci were amazing. Our insurance initially didn't want to cover this because of the initial botched job, but Tammie fought for us the whole way and ran it all the way up the chain and got it approved. Amazing. On top of the above and beyond customer service, the work was flawless. They completely restored our Model Y back to factory. Don't make the mistake we did and use a non-Tesla approved body shop. Autocraft is the only choice.

I'm an insurance agent over 15 years and would not recommend doing business or recommend any of my customers to them. I would have been more than happy to do business if they simply provided me with claim info. To hold that info hostage unless we do business with them is borderline illegal. Bad business practice all around not willing to help a potential client.

There was a storm while my car was there and their plotter went down, but they ended up cutting a lot of the pieces by hand and kept me informed the whole time. The end product was amazing, and I've had multiple people tell me it looks like a paint job, not a wrap. They offered to touch up any corners or edges that were peeling (but there were none, it was a pristine job). Can't recommend these guys enough and I'll be going there with any other vehicles and sending people there when anyone needs a recommendation.

There was a minor scratch on it, but considering my car is 8 years old, I thought it was worth trying to save some money. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, and it was ready a couple of days later. They managed to salvage the chrome trim piece by handling it with care. They also detailed the car both inside and out. Experiencing a car accident is never fun, but these wonderful people made the repair process smooth and easy, allowing me to get back on the road quickly. It feels like having a friend who also runs an auto shop.

It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

This guy that he sent had to come back because break line and components came off next day while driving. I have pics and texts to prove. My GM 6.2 V8 come to find out common problem for that motor lifters went out so I went to him for the engine replacement. His price quoted was pretty good so I gave him a shot. My car was not even drivable this whole time (we had to wait on engine and things for months) yet I get a call the day he test drives it for the first time and he tells me I need new steering column. The car did not go in for steering issues. It was completely fine. He blames it on wear and tire from my lift and big tires. I call the people who did my lift and I called covert Cadillac certified mechanics and gave the history of car and lift and all and they called BS. My fault for not driving to Frank's place to see for myself. So I pick it up after engine replacement and steering column replacement. I get not but a mile down road from his shop and no acceleration and engine is just revving up loud . I coast off the road to luckily a gas station right there. What looks like oil and grease is splattered all over undercarriage and side and back windows. I have pics of all this. Transmission line came off. I won't give any more specific on this because I'm in process of filing the lawsuit and taking him to court. So He has a guy come meet me, I took video of his mechanics actions and what he did and Frank telling him on the phone I'm good to go, needless to say he screwed up. I get home and next day the car does it again right as I drive out of my home. I call Frank to get it towed back to his shop which is about 45 min to an hour from Lakeway. Frank gets car back, now he tells me I need new transmission. After transmission I go back to car to pickup and I go to open my door and there was mechanic grease all over headliner and seats, spilled oil on my rubber mats, bird shit all over the outside and dust and pollen caked the interior. He left windows cracked. I took pics of everything as proof. He decides to offer me a detail, so he sends me down the road. He paid for it yet I waited 3 hours. What I'm paid for my time in work you could say was a bigger loss. The fact alone my car was in that condition when he called to tell me it was ready is reason alone you shouldn't use him. I've included pics with this post. I could go on with several other smaller things I asked him to do while he had my car for engine replacement and transmission repair that I needed done. He never fixed them. I again have proof where he acknowledges he forgot so now I have to reschedule to have him finish the job. I also recorded most of our phone conversations that prove he apologizes for messing up. It came to the point where I was recording the convos because prior to me doing that it was just word salad on his part and I knew it this point I needed to document for the court. You would be amazed how many texts I have where I have had to constantly follow up and check on him after he would give me a supposed timeline or update with a promise he would keep me updated. I'm convinced all these reviews on here that are high stars aren't legit whatsoever. I have meticulously documented everything with pics, texts and phone conversations. If you're smart and reading this don't give him your business no matter how well quoted he may be . He may try to defend himself with a reply like some others he's done to on here. I've got it all though m, the truth. I was always extremely nice in all my texts to him, I was at the mercy of his screw ups and didn't want to be a jerk. No matter what when your rude or a jerk you run the risk to be even more screwed over so I chose to take high road and he knows it. I've verified and shown all my proof to several different master General Motors Master technicians and they all came back with resounding response that Frank was at fault. So now it will be in the courts hands and I will update this once it's over. For anyone that would like to know more you can contact me. I've got all you would need to run as fast as you can from this mechanic. I've even documented some new mechanics that showed me what things he did that they couldn't believe from when he did the engine replacement. His shop spliced so many wires and I took video the moment the mechanics found these issues and they talk on camera about it. I've asked Frank over the last several weeks and really last 6 months to send me an itemized list of repairs like a receipt. His reply was he texted me the cost every time he had to charge me for something. Last thing, he never once showed up on time for any of the jobs that he did. I have proof of his reasons for being late and apologies for every one of them. What kind of professional does that. All the more reason to believe these reviews are fake

I am changing my review, originally Trident staff was helpful and even went above and beyond, however something has changed. They come across as rude, disinterested and arrogant. I went in a few months ago and inquired about a part, the front staff informed me, they didn't do business with that vendor, but to order the part and they would install it, she said" it's not a problem since we've worked on you Bronco before" Know, they will not only not install what I ordered, but had the audacity to lie to my face and say that's not their policy and they would not offer that. I have witnesses to the conversation, who can corroborate her statement. The customer service has definitely gone south, they are busy, and that more than likely why you judged when you come through the door. Overall felt uncomfortable and unwanted, and no effort was made to keep a customer. They don't care because they are busy now, however with the attitude and effort they put toward, that will change. I did notice a gentleman of a different color was there as well, and his experience was way different than mine, not sure why, but he was white. Rude and arrogant was the words that came to mind as I left. I will not return, there are too many other shops in the area too bad, I originally like them. read more

Scheduled new Nitto tires to be mounted this coming Wednesday on our Denali. Of course, because we needed it to go out of town to a family wedding, a large nail was picked up in one the front tires the day before. Plugging it wasn't an option. I messaged Trident that next morning and some how they worked us in same day. I was outta there by 1PM. Freaking awesome! Great service and care from this company, again. Always impressed with their communication and thoroughness. I've had a lift, wheels and tires and other components installed by them on a previous vehicle. I was fairly sure which cover I needed for my Ram multifunction tailgate and within 10 minutes Chelsea had confirmed and ordered it, expecting next day delivery. When I picked the vehicle up and drove it home I went to close the door and after touching the outside of the door felt a gritty sandpaper texture over the paint. I started feeling around the vehicle and was immediately nauseated. They oversprayed bedliner on the entire vehicle. Driver front and rear door, roof, hood, fenders, headlights, fenders... everything. I immediately contacted them and left a message explaining the damages. The next day I contacted other bedliner installers, detailers, and a paint shop. All of them informed me that I was looking at a 10-12hr repair involving clay barring, scraping, buffing and polishing. They advised me not to use harsh solvents and chemicals. Other people online that had experienced issues with linex tried denatured alcohol, this did not work. I contracted the corporate linex office in NC to get help. I talked to them for a few days forwarding all photos and videos and a summary of the damage all while waiting to hear from the installer. When I finally got a call back from linex RR after 4 attempts to reach them I told them I was in touch with corporate and Marcus of RR said "well if you did that there's nothing we can do for you" and hung up. In the meantime, to save my brand new vehicle's paint, I paid $850 for a detailed to come out and work on the vehicle ALL DAY with two people and they were able to fix the exterior *mostly*. They were unable to fix the interior (window was left open during install) and now I must live with a ruined steering wheel, center console, and door card covered in gritty adhesive. Both the installer and corporate office refuse to accept damages for the issue. Learn from me and go to rhino or another retailer. They ruined my vehicle and lost a customer for life.

I'd had a good experience with them back in the early 2000s so I thought, that can't be right, I'll just swing by and see in person what the scoop is. One of their mechanics found the problem in 5 minutes -- broken hydraulic lines visible from the trunk. They said they'd still need to see the car the next day to determine parts and charged me double what the dealer quoted for that estimate. The mechanic told me it would only take an hour or two to figure out the parts and I could get my car that same day, but the lady on the phone kept pressing for me to leave my car there until the parts came in several days later. Sad -- they used to be awesome.

Once I picked up the truck they said "you will have issues with the running boards, they were "hard" to install. You should've got a different brand" mind you these are top Of the line running boards.. they were mad because it took more work for them. Secondly, the headlights. Right when I drove it off their dirt road, the blinker wasn't working. I took it back for them to Fix it, no "sorry about that" just looked at me like it was my fault. So they rigged it for a couple of weeks and now it's out again. Taking it to another shop to correctly fix the wiring issues since they can only mount tires and complain about hard work. No attention to detail, no quality work. Horrible.
