Incredible team of two being as fast, safe, and efficient as they can possibly be. They're given 10…read moreminutes by the company to get everyone's lab work done, no matter how much blood you need drawn, nor how many manual entries are required for the paperwork. I've read the other negative reviews and I don't think it's right to give a location negative comments based off of same-day scheduling. 9 times out of 10 you can't find that anywhere in Santa Fe. Book your appointments in advance like a grown adult and show up early to check in, so you don't make everyone else's appointments late behind you & cause the employees to drive home late. Keep up the excellent work guys and nolite te bastardes carborundorum!

I've never had someone get upset with me because I refuse to have additional tests…read moreperformed...until now. I scheduled a standard personal blood panel online, arrived to have my blood drawn and was asked if I was prepared to give a urine sample. "No, I only scheduled a blood panel." "Well if you're not able to give a urine sample I'll have to put this test on hold." "I didn't pay for a urine test." "But the computer says..." Back and forth. At no point did she check her computer to see what tests were being performed, or any attempt to explain why I might have an unexpected urine test. I actually asked her if she was going to force me to provide urine before drawing blood for the test I paid for. She was visibly frustrated that I was refusing a urine test that I didn't want or ask for. If the computer said it's what I ordered, she was going to perform what the computer said and not spend even a moment to confirm that she was preparing to perform the correct test. Unprofessional, potentially dangerous, potentially a privacy issue if they aren't even checking their tests. I left because I wasn't about to have this visibly frustrated person stick a needle in me without knowing why they are doing tests or having the care to be able to explain anything at all.

These people get worse every time I have to come here, how is it that customer service doesn't…read moreimprove ever, the clerks are so rude and unhelpful every day!!! they won't even look on the fax machine or any further in the computer for orders act as though they are doing you a favor every single time you step up to the window to register I can't understand how someone can continue to stay on the payroll and treat the patrons like crap. There's no excuse for bad behavior and poor decisions. If you can't or won't do your job then just don't work. Nobody wants to be there. The least they could do is be decent and kind and no matter how many times you report this treatment and behavior to the company they couldn't care less as well. The type of care you receive is no care at all. It's disturbing that people of that caliber are actually in the medical facility. Shame on TRICARE for allowing this for petrol behavior that only gets worse.

This was my first visit to Tricore Reference Labs. I had been under the impression that they opened…read moreat 7 AM. That is wrong, they open at 8 AM. However, you might still want to get their really early, because the line is LONG getting in to get some blood work done. I got there at 7:30 AM. I was second in line. The next 30 minutes a lot of people showed up to have blood drawn. They were efficient. We scanned a QR-Code to determine our place in line. Someone would come out, announce that number and in you'd go. You let them know you're there at the desk. Then wait again for them to call that number you got earlier when you scanned the QR-Code with your phone. Once you get in to see someone to draw you blood (which is really soon), they're really quick to get the blood drawn. Then you're on your way. Very efficient, quick and friendly.
