I took a number and sat down and I wasn't there for one minute when my number was called. Patricia was my phlebotomist today. She had a certificate on her wall showing she had 15 years of service. I commented on it, and she said its more like 17 years now. She did the usual check my ID, check my order, and prepare for the draw. Her stick was excellent, and her touch was extremely gentle. She wrapped me up and sent me on my way. See you all in another six months.

The last time I checked because I was driving from Santa Fe back home to Rio Rancho. It said 10 minutes. By the time I got there, there was absolutely no one else in the waiting room. They send you a link and have you fill out all of your information, including taking pictures of your drivers license and your insurance information. Once that happened, they took me right back and I saw the doctor in like five minutes. I was literally out of there in maybe 20 minutes total. The doctor was kind and professional and the whole visit was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely go back after my experience today. There are too many urgent careers where you are waiting hours and this one also allows you online to go into a virtual queue. I was completely satisfied, especially because I was very sick and they got medicine called in right away that I can pick up within the next couple hours.
