I have never received a bill for the visit so I will probably get a collections letter and fee. Again this week, she got a text saying that she was sent to collections. She was told that her doctor requested a new set a tests done on her sample. She was told that her first bill was sent to collections because they could not contact her since her address had our PO Box number and her city since we don't live in the same town and it was sent back undeliverable. They could not even pull up her file or contact her doctor to verify the address. Every time anyone in our family does blood work with Tricore we are sent to collections. That company is worthless.

Book your appointments in advance like a grown adult and show up early to check in, so you don't make everyone else's appointments late behind you & cause the employees to drive home late.
