Specialties
We’re a small, family-owned business providing outdoor solutions to homeowners and businesses.
Our first client was a neighbor, Abraham. My three young kids and I mowed, edged, and fertilized his grass for $20. Within 3 months, 30+ clients had called for a variety of needs. Our team grew and the rest is history!
Our core values — integrity, agility, and excellence — guide everything we do, and we donate 10% towards ending child trafficking.
By always doing the right thing, we help our customers “worry small and live BIG.”
History
Established in 2025.
TriBolt started when I encouraged my three kids (then ages 9, 7, and 5) to get out into the neighborhood to win some lawn jobs. We made a simple sign and went door to door together.
My goals: Connect with my kids and teach them the value of hard work!
Our first client was Abraham, a neighbor who paid us $20 to mow, edge, and drop some fertilizer down on his tiny yard. Each kid helped Dad and we all made a few bucks. We were in business!
Within 6 months, 30 clients had called, and they needed a variety of services well beyond landscaping. The scope, money, and team grew alongside demand.
We’re much larger and diverse now, but our roots are the same as on day 1: family, hard work, ingenuity, integrity, and genuinely loving customers.
I still treat my kids like co-founders because it makes all of us better (and because they’re amazing)!
When you work with us, you become a valuable extension of our family. If we can serve you, let us know.
Meet the Business Owner: Chad K.
I’ve owned, renovated, leased-out, and sold properties for 15 years, and I can never seem to find reliable, honest contractors to handle the small-to-medium sized projects. With three young kids, this was agonizing!
This gap led me to (a) learn some skills myself and (b) build a network of high-integrity contractors. I’m now using both to serve my community, build a business, and teach my kids the value of hard work.
I hope to earn your business, but more importantly, to solve your problem with “integrity, agility, and excellence” so that you can get back to the important things in life!
Best,
Chad
