The gentleman on the phone apologized for the mix up and offered me a free yard of mushroom compost to hopefully salvage some of my garden. Well, we bought the house to use the fireplace, so we got everything done, from crown to flu repair. Cameron came on time as scheduled, and not only got everything repaired, but it was finished faster than estimated. They even repointed our bricks as an extra. Cost was what we expected, so while we'd love the work for free, who wouldn't, this was worth it for a safe winter season.
