Chapel Valley is the landscape company the apartment complex I live uses. They have done a…read morerelatively nice job with the landscaping. However today while outside I watched one of the workers with a leaf blower blow all of the debris (rocks, gravel, and plant material) from Outside the car ports into the car port. The subject instead of blowing the material out of the car port away from vehicle blew it right into my motorcycle. The bike has a cover however the high powered blowers blew debris under the cover and all over my bike. I have a 2019 Harley Davidson so it's not a cheap bike. I pulled the cover off and he just looked at me like he was clueless. The apartment complex manager was there and tried to address the issue. Anyone doing landscaping, mowing and leaf blowing should know better than to blow debris all over someone's car or motorcycle. The manager even stated that I wasn't the first to complain. The company did not even apologize and the employees just walked away. Needless to say I am pissed off....

He did Google suggested treatments and saw that winter was the right time to trim arbors. Then he left. I don't think I could've been any clearer about what was required. And yet. This is totally unacceptable and we do not expect this kind of unprofessional behavior in our subdivision. We have been residing in Wyndham for over 30 years and haven't had these sorts of issues before. They need to train their incompetent workers properly before sending them to our neighborhoods. if we see them acting this way again, we will be filing a complaint against this company with our management and Henrico County as well.
