We met Tommy a year ago when we moved to the area and needed two very large old trees removed. Since then, Tommy and his crew have been to our home three times to proactively remove old and dangerous trees. The work has always been excellent.
Here is a perfect example of Tommy's concern for safety: Like so many, we had tree damage in last Friday's super cell storm. I called Tommy that night, concerned about an ~90 ft tall tree, near the street, which dropped limbs and was no longer balanced. Tommy said his priority was the emergency situations, but he'd stop by when he could. True to his word, Tommy came by Monday to assess the tree. He reported it could not be saved and added it to his B priorities. As he was still dealing with emergency removals, Tommy thought he might get to the tree next week. Today, two days later, it's windy and raining and I've had my eye on that tree all morning. I was thrilled when I heard Eastern Forestry pull up at 1:00 PM and Tommy and crew began taking the tree down. In these conditions, this tree was a threat to motorists and power lines and Tommy came to address it. An hour and half later the work was done.
