Finally found a tree service I can rave about! I fully recognize tree work is expensive because of the equipment, skill, and strength involved to do the work they do. Unfortunately no estimate I had gotten in the past was near my budget. And what work I have gotten done from other companies was disappointing. One even ghosted me after doing half the work. My neighbor was getting work done with Audel Jimenez. It looked good so I spoke to Juan about an estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable and I was very pleased with the scope of the work they were going to do for the price. Audel Jimenez Tree Service is the best!!! These men were very personable, extremely knowledgeable, competent, and professional throughout. From the day they came out to analyze the yard until the day of completion, all was professional. On the day of the work, they reported on time and began the job of clearing sixteen decades-old Red Tips, pulverizing an old Pine tree stump, and beautifully pruned three mature Crepe Myrtles. Their work was thorough, and their cleanup was "spotless." The fee for this work was the best, and I have had other Tree Services; however, in these days of dollar increases in all things, this particular service was excellent, and extremely reasonable. These guys are amazing! We called them to remove a lightening damaged tree. They came out and immediately found that several other trees were rotting and dying as well. They gave us quotes that we found very reasonable and they came out to do the work very quickly. We found them to be friendly and incredibly skilled! Many of the trees were very close to our garage and they took their time and didn't rush into some of the trickier jobs. They were so good we brought them back 2 more times for other trees we wanted cut down. They are very hard workers and do a great job cleaning up the debris when they were finished. We would recommend them for any job, no matter how close the trees are to a house. If you have a difficult tree near your house, call these guys first! We needed a couple of tall oak trees taken down, one of them was leaning towards the neighbor's house and had grown into the crown of one of their trees. When Audel came to give me an estimate he also pointed out another tree that had gotten injured in the past and would need removal at some point. The price Audel quoted me was very fair and his crew removed all three trees a couple of days later. There were several things that impressed me from the start. His entire crew (9 in all, which included two climbers) was very friendly and respectful of my property. They took great care with the tree removal and clean-up, and finished the entire job in one day! After the job was finished Audel made sure that both my husband and I were happy with the end result. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Worked hard all day worked together cleaned up tree and debris as they went along. Helped put stuff back in yard and did Xtra stuff by cutting down mom's bushes. Made sure any debris from neighbors yard was cleaned up. Will recommend them to anyone. This tree company was outstanding. My backyard was not accessible to a crane, these guys said no problem and had tree climbers take down four large White Oaks limb by limb. Just an outstanding job and came back a few days later and ground up my stumps. The price was fantastic as well. I would like to personally thank Juan for the great customer service. Juan and Audel's Crew did a fantastic job with the removal of two large (60+ ft) Oak trees. They were fast, yet efficient and safe. They were very conscientious not to damage property in the area, including a fence (which they both removed and reinstalled better than it was before they removed it), as well as a pool which made the job challenging. I found the crew to be friendly, funny, and entertaining. They left no mess behind, and they were far less expensive than several other quotes I had received. He provided an estimate for the removal of a tree and limb that was hanging over the home that was very reasonable in comparison to the other estimates I had received. I contracted with this tree service last week while they were working at my neighbour's. they removed 2 large trees today. They arrived with a large crew and serious equipment. They were very careful and removed the trees without damage to the house. The removed all of the wood and carried the trunk pieces by hand so that there was very little impact on the grass and other landscaping. My advice is that these guys are reasonably priced, do excellent work and take great care to avoid damage. it is worth waiting if you have to. He was very polite and pointed out a couple of issues - one that was extremely alarming (a tree was completely dead and threatening to fall on neighbors house) and one that I had previously noticed and was happy to get quote for.
