HIGHLY RECOMMEND. JUAN and his team at Audel Jimenez Tree Service did an A+ job at our Williamsburg residence. Juan is COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CHEERFUL, RESPONSIVE and very METICULOUS about his jobs. Of great import, Juan has unquestionable INTEGRITY - he is very HONEST and GENUINE - he tells his customer exactly what he would recommend cutting and trimming and if he sees something he recommends adding as the job unfolds, he confirms with the customer before going forward. The PRICING is COMPETITIVE and very CLEAR, and there are not hidden costs or unapproved add-ons. In terms of experience, Juan also knows a lot about trees and how to BEST CARE for them. Some tree service companies cut off too much or leave trees unbalanced or trim at the wrong time of year - not Juan - every cut is given consideration and is cleared by the customer. In terms of workmanship, Juan's team is very detailed and CAREFUL. At our home, they had to remove a large tree without damaging the surroundings including other trees, a wood balcony, rod iron fencing, brickwork and a slate roof. The experience of the climber and the care of the team below securing the cut pieces with ropes prevented damage. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Juan and Audel Jimenez Tree Service for tree care. read more

This is an outstanding tree service company, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company that performs efficiently and effectively at a very reasonable price with the highest quality provided. Juan, who was in charge of the tree service they provided to us, was the consumate professional and great to work with from start to finish. He provided us with a very reasonable cost estimate that didn't waiver and even did over and above providing additional work without charging us extra. He stayed with the job throughout and provided ongoing communication with us, explaining everything that they were doing. Juan, the owner, Walter, and the entire work crew were a real pleasure to work with. They took out four large trees and several smaller trees in our backyard, trimmed tree limbs, grinded several stumps, and cleaned up, leaving our yard and property cleaner than before they came. We will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to others. read more

Finally found a tree service I can rave about! I fully recognize tree work is expensive because of the equipment, skill, and strength involved to do the work they do. Unfortunately no estimate I had gotten in the past was near my budget. And what work I have gotten done from other companies was disappointing. One even ghosted me after doing half the work. My neighbor was getting work done with Audel Jimenez. It looked good so I spoke to Juan about an estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable and I was very pleased with the scope of the work they were going to do for the price. They were timely, did exactly what they were asked to do, didn't push anything extra, worked extremely hard, were respectful, cleaned up meticulously, fixed a mess a previous tree company left, worked around my dog potty schedule, and followed up to make sure I was happy with the work...twice. I can't say enough.....they totally exceeded my expectations read more

Audel Jimenez Tree Service is the best!!! These men were very personable, extremely knowledgeable, competent, and professional throughout. From the day they came out to analyze the yard until the day of completion, all was professional. On the day of the work, they reported on time and began the job of clearing sixteen decades-old Red Tips, pulverizing an old Pine tree stump, and beautifully pruned three mature Crepe Myrtles. Their work was thorough, and their cleanup was "spotless." The fee for this work was the best, and I have had other Tree Services; however, in these days of dollar increases in all things, this particular service was excellent, and extremely reasonable. Do yourself a favor and call Audel Jimenez for tree removals or ANY work you require, as they are versatile and competent. I highly recommend their work: professional, friendly, and competent! read more

These guys are amazing! We called them to remove a lightening damaged tree. They came out and immediately found that several other trees were rotting and dying as well. They gave us quotes that we found very reasonable and they came out to do the work very quickly. We found them to be friendly and incredibly skilled! Many of the trees were very close to our garage and they took their time and didn't rush into some of the trickier jobs. They were so good we brought them back 2 more times for other trees we wanted cut down. They are very hard workers and do a great job cleaning up the debris when they were finished. We would recommend them for any job, no matter how close the trees are to a house. If you have a difficult tree near your house, call these guys first! They can get the job done quickly and safelyand for a very reasonable price. read more

We needed a couple of tall oak trees taken down, one of them was leaning towards the neighbor's house and had grown into the crown of one of their trees. When Audel came to give me an estimate he also pointed out another tree that had gotten injured in the past and would need removal at some point. The price Audel quoted me was very fair and his crew removed all three trees a couple of days later. There were several things that impressed me from the start. His entire crew (9 in all, which included two climbers) was very friendly and respectful of my property. They took great care with the tree removal and clean-up, and finished the entire job in one day! After the job was finished Audel made sure that both my husband and I were happy with the end result. We would definitely use this company again and wholeheartedly recommend them. read more

I would highly recommend this tree service . Raoul came to the property explained thoroughly what was expected and how the tree would be taken down. He gave a very competitive quote and stated they could do the job in a few days. The crew arrived professionally dressed and well mannered. Got setup and started to work All my anxiety was for nothing when they showed how professional they were and that keeping the job above my expectation removed any anxiety I had They asked me numerous times if this is what I wanted and they followed what I had previously told Raoul I would like done. Cleaned up and anything they had to move was put back exactly how I had it. Please if you are looking for a professional and well mannered crew who gets the job done call Audel Jiminez Tree Service. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Worked hard all day worked together cleaned up tree and debris as they went along. Helped put stuff back in yard and did Xtra stuff by cutting down mom's bushes. Made sure any debris from neighbors yard was cleaned up. Will recommend them to anyone. Thanks Brenda p also anyone reading this in reference to the review from Pete's her yard was cleaned up and her cars were not touched but it's sad you have to call older people names at your age. And write false reviews. I have now referred this company to 2 other people and my condo association. Excellent job excellent company. Don't let the sad childish review of one person effect you. Thanks again read more

The team was professional and hard-working, and did quality work from start to finish. I worked with Juan on the estimate and quickly established rapport and trust. He explained what was most important to be done for existing issues, and pointed out where there was potential for future issues with acknowledgement of budget. Service was performed promptly and I witnessed the entire team pay attention to safety for my property and their team throughout the process. Juan was on-site the entire time to ensure things ran smoothly and communicated with me often to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. I actually enjoyed having this great team of guys around for the day! read more

The Audel Jimenez Tree Service was as good as good get...just Outstanding. I dealt primarily with Luis. His body language, enthusiasm to earn my business and his knowledge of 'the work' was spot on. On the appointed day of service the crew arrived ON TIME, got right to work, literally took no breaks, did more then actually contracted to do because, "it wouldn't have looked right if we didn't do it!", meticulously cleaned up, walked the property with me at conclusion and looked me in the eye, shook hands and felt real good about this man and this company! YES, I strongly recommend these guys for all your tough Tree work. Al C. read more

Juan came to give us a quote on a number of dead and problematic trees in our yard. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and his professional and kind nature set us very much at ease. He and his crew were on time the day of the appointment and did outstanding work with the job. All of the crew members were friendly, took great care of the surrounding area and cleaned up the site completely. I decided to keep the wood and they were kind enough to stack it all before I even had a chance to ask. I would recommend them for any residential or commercial jobs and the kind, honest and caring nature of Juan is also exemplified his fellow workers. read more

9/8/26 I called Audel & he came out to give me an estimate the same day & the work would start in a couple of days. He gave me a great price for the extensive amount of work that needed to be done. I also had bushes that were out of control & a hugh branch growing into my other tree. My next door neighbors trees were over her fence into my yard, close to my house. She said that is for me to take care of & it was ok to cut branches on her tree that was hanging over. The 4 men worked all day & did an Amazing job‼Everything I needed done was done, cleaned up & I'm so happy with the results. Thank you Audel & crew‼ read more

This tree company was outstanding. My backyard was not accessible to a crane, these guys said no problem and had tree climbers take down four large White Oaks limb by limb. Just an outstanding job and came back a few days later and ground up my stumps. The price was fantastic as well. I would like to personally thank Juan for the great customer service. He was able to manage the job and was able to get this done within a week of getting everything ready for them to come over to remove trees. Very professional company. Great team they have with this company. I HIGHLY recommend this company to others!!! read more

Juan and Audel's Crew did a fantastic job with the removal of two large (60+ ft) Oak trees. They were fast, yet efficient and safe. They were very conscientious not to damage property in the area, including a fence (which they both removed and reinstalled better than it was before they removed it), as well as a pool which made the job challenging. I found the crew to be friendly, funny, and entertaining. They left no mess behind, and they were far less expensive than several other quotes I had received. I would highly recommend this team to anyone!! And I plan to use them for future projects. read more

I contacted Mr. Jimenez and he quickly responded. He provided an estimate for the removal of a tree and limb that was hanging over the home that was very reasonable in comparison to the other estimates I had received. Once I committed to the estimate, he and his crew showed up as promised. They were prompt and very efficient at what they do. They quickly removed the tree and cleaned up any debris. They assured I was satisfied with the work prior to leaving, and asked that I contact them if I saw anything after they left. I will definitely use them again should I need tree work in the future. read more

I needed several large trees, very close to my home removed. I interviewed 5 companies and chose Audel Jimenez Tree Service to do the work. Juan came out and spoke to me about my diseased and dangerous trees. He gave me a very fair job proposal, along with his extensive knowledge and experience. They removed 4 trees, trimmed 7 trees, approximately 25 shrubs, and removed all the debris. Juan and his crew completed the job in a timely manner and were very respectful, plus I was impressed by their work ethic. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again. I contracted with this tree service last week while they were working at my neighbour's. they removed 2 large trees today. They arrived with a large crew and serious equipment. They were very careful and removed the trees without damage to the house. The removed all of the wood and carried the trunk pieces by hand so that there was very little impact on the grass and other landscaping. My advice is that these guys are reasonably priced, do excellent work and take great care to avoid damage. it is worth waiting if you have to. No photos because it was dark when they finished..... read more
