I cannot believe this company is still in business. From the start, appointments were routinely…read moremissed. Last June our lawn with mowed only once even though I was paying for a weekly service. When I called to inquire, I was told this was due to weather, even though it was a perfectly sunny day. For the six months that we had the service, not even one month went by where we were serviced all four weeks that we were paying for each month. Every time I called, I was told I could not be refunded for missed appointments, and they would be added to the end of the year (mind you, the contract was through November already - who needs their lawn mowed in December?!) After six months of this terrible customer service I finally canceled and moved on to another company. If you do business with them, be aware that it is at your own risk.
