I sent lots of pictures to them trying to figure out why my pool wasn't clearing up as they had said it would "in a few days". There was no response Called Leslie's and they helped me diagnose the problem. Oh ya! I also had to buy a new PUMP motor. Too bad as I had high hopes for the couple. I paid them too quickly after the opening. Guess that's what they were mostly interested in. Not a good way to get return business.
