After numerous attempts, it was impossible to get the backflow rescheduled. No one ever got back to me, so I cancelled the service completely after paying for a full season of service. They also tried to schedule themselves to come out to do It again this year prior to my attempt without even contacting me. After some basic online research on the process, the "tech" didn't even do it properly last year. Scum bags.
