I'm unclear why this meet and greet couldn't have just been a welcome email, and I'm also concerned that they make parents wait to be spoken to for this long when we were told that the scheduled time worked for the entire team. The front desk and assistances are all very nice. I never had any problem with them and the facility is clean. It does get busy and sometimes you might have to wait a bit from your appointment time but it's worth it. Also the Tribeca Pediatrics practice is great and their members portal is helpful and they send you milestones news monthly. No complaints!
