Since the day we left the hospital the only pediatrician my little one has seen is Dr Philip (Philip Grebowiec, MD). He's extremely patient, especially having to deal with an anxious first time parent(s) like me. Even with the pack appointments he does not rush us or anything. Aside from his great care and expertise, he's also very empathetic based on his own experience. Also as the appointments are not as frequent anymore; Dr Philip does encourage us to contact them if there are any questions before the next wellness visits. The front desk and assistances are all very nice. I never had any problem with them and the facility is clean. It does get busy and sometimes you might have to wait a bit from your appointment time but it's worth it. Also the Tribeca Pediatrics practice is great and their members portal is helpful and they send you milestones news monthly. No complaints! read more

Great experience thus far! We met Dr. Philips at the Park Slope office for our post birth initial visit. It was such a great pediatric session that we kinda stalked him to his home office. The drive to the Bay Ridge office is well worth it for us. Dr. Philip is super kind, engaged and put our newborn parent's mind at ease. The office is updated, chic yet with a kid / baby friendly feel like the other offices. The website is not impressive but alas, that's fine. I completely recommend Tribeca Pediatrics for it's convenience and more specifically for awesome providers like Dr. Philips. My only concern is that he will become booked up quickly once his bedside manner reaches more ears. lol. read more

I love Tribeca Pediatrics! The office is really clean and well decorated. Fun wallpapers to keep the environment entertaining enough for a kid. The staff members are super nice and patient. My son has basically seen every single doctor at this practice since he was born and they all take the utmost care in him. They're patient with us first timers and take the time to answers any questions or concerns. I love their system of reminding parents of upcoming appointments. In addition, because we're in the middle of a pandemic, they call twice (once two days before and again the morning of) to double check how everyone is feeling. read more

This facility has the worst female answering the phone dealing with patients. She has zero experience or knowledge in what's going on. I requested a simple document for my child and she informed me that I needed to have my child come in for the completion of the document which had an error on it . Needless to say I had my child's school nurse call the doctors office and they were able to take care of the error. Please train the front desk area so that they can properly relay correct information without having an attitude . read more

We usually come to see Dr. Moalem who is wonderful, but today we came in for an emergency appointment. We saw Dr. Perlman and he was Wonderful!!!! He was so great with my son, very reassuring, and had great bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable that everything would be okay, and my son enjoyed chatting with him. As a new parent, one of the biggest fear I had was whether I had the best pediatrician who would listen to my concerns and work with me on providing the best care for my baby girl. I have met with Dr. Moalem and Dr. Hong and both are exceptional. They genuinely care about your little one, address any questions you may have, and provide their own opinion as well. What I like about them is that they don't push their opinions on you. it's not like its their way or the highway. Instead, they will listen to your concerns and provide some helpful suggestions and even a middle ground. Facility is clean, cheerful, and fun and the nurses are extremely nice as well. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this office. We have been coming here since my son was born in August 2016. Dr. Moalem is our primary doctor and she is absolutely amazing, but we also have seen all of the doctors at one point or another and they have all been great. The nurses and staff are also warm, friendly and just great with kids. We never wait more than an 5-10 minutes (usually less) to see the doctor, and their after hours on call service has been wonderful as well. I love this practice! The staff is wonderful and the doctors are very professional and thoughtful. I normally go to their Bay Ridge office, yet I have taken my daughter to the TriBeCa and the Fort Greene office for sick visits. The experience is way beyond my expectations. You can probably get the same day appointment for sick visit if you call early in the morning around 7am. The administration is very efficient and courteous. Being a FTM is not easy and finding the right pediatrician who can put my mind at ease was important for me. My newborn son had to get his jaundice levels monitored after leaving the hospital and I was able to immediately get an appointment with Dr. Moalem the following day. She's very thorough and personal. I also explained to her I was having some breastfeeding issues and she was able to provide some guidance. For my son's one month visit, I ended up seeing Dr. Michel Cohen, who is the founder of Tribeca Pediatrics (which I didnt know at the time) and I must say I was initially a little taken aback by his laid back approach but he definitely put my mind at ease after talking to him. Overall, I really like facility. It's clean, friendly, and more importantly, the wait time is short. I've also been to their other locations and they are all pretty similar. read more

I've been coming here with my baby since he was a newborn (he's not 8mo). I love everything about this practice- the staff, the space & especially Dr. Moalem. I also love that I never waited more than 5mins from my appointment time to see the Dr as well. My baby smiles every time he sees/hears Dr. Moalem- she has great bedside manners and is so patient when I show up with a list of questions. We just transferred from another pediatric doctor to Tribeca & we are SO glad that we made the transition. The staff was friendly when checking in, we waited about five minutes to be seen, & the doctor we saw was so sweet and informative. She took her time with my six month old and made sure to answer any of our questions & concerns. I knew she was a great doctor when my son had to get immunizations & didn't cry for the first time ! The medical assistants and Dr. Moalem are amazing. They are so kind and good with kids. My daughter loves going. The front desk staff is really friendly and efficient. We've never had to wait more than 5 minutes and have had no billing or records issues. I am so grateful I am able to take my children to TriBeCa Pediatrics! The office is beautiful for starts and has a great play area for the kids. Everyone was so kind to us from the moment we walked in. I can't say enough good things about the staff there! They take so much time going through every little thing. We never felt rushed through our appointment and they showed genuine concern and made wonderful suggestions. I can't remember the nurse who helped us but she was wonderful with my two kids. The thing that has impacted me the most is Dr.Hong. I have had a hard time in the past for wanting to delay and hold off on vaccines for my kids due to issues with febrile seizures. I was finally ready to start them and instead of trying to get me to do as many as possible, she actually suggested doing only one at a time with MMR and Varicella because they are stronger and with their history it was best. I was floored that we were on the same page! I can't tell you how hard it is to delay vaccines in a vaccine driven world. I appreciated so much her care with this. Vaccine injury occurs the most when the child's system is bombarded by too many vaccines. She even gave me great tips for helping them sleep which is an issue. Yoga before bed! Love! She was wonderful with the kids! She works at that location on Fridays only but I may be making trips to go see her wherever she is! I would recommend Dr.Hong and the staff at TriBeCa Pediatrics to anyone! read more

I love Tribeca Pediatrics because they make going to the doctor so easy for my kids and I. My kids don't hate doctor visits thanks to them. Their waiting area is very welcoming to children which helps the kids feel comfortable. I also love the fact that they don't waste your time ; they call you right away. I have been going to them for 6 years and a half ( I use to go to the Park Slope location until they opened up their Bay Ridge location which is more convenient for us). Dr. Moalem and I always sing the alphabet song to my princess before and/or during her immunization shot and it helps distract her. We are very grateful for them. read more

Brought our son to Tribeca Pediatrics for the first time and absolutely loved it! The staff is very friendly and go out their way to provide the best service possible. The doctor was incredible and does so well with children!! My 22 month old always cries for his check ups but not this time, he was really happy let the doctor check him and even high fived her at the end! We transferred from Devito and Alvarado. What a difference!! I can't find anything bad to say about this practice. Thank God I finally got good health insurance so we could switch. Our daughter is 9 months old and we have had two visits so far and used the online emergency service once. Nothing but positive experiences. Dr Moalem is great. The staff is nice, the office waiting room clean and relatively peaceful. A different world from what we experienced at the other practice. We agree with the philosophies of Dr Michael Cohen, who owns tribeca pediatrics, and thank Dr Moalem for keeping it simple, never ordering unnecessary referrals or tests. read more

Dr. Moalem, Dr. Hong and staff are all wonderful. I've been taking my daughter here since she's born and although she's difficult when it comes to the check up and shots, everyone is the office is so caring and professional, easing the difficulty with experience and finesse. I also appreciate that the doctors provide parenting advice (cry it out, food habits etc) but don't force it. I ended up adopting most of what they suggested in the long run, they are really experts in both health and behavior. Parking can be difficult but it's worth it! Wait time is minimal. read more
