Dr. Steinmetz is just a caring, understanding, well-mannered, humble, and gracious person. I have to say person, because he has to be such a person first to be a doctor with those qualities. Not to be ignored is his staff. His staff is just as courteous and understanding. I read reviews putting them down - but I beg to say, the person writing such a review, doesn't quite have an understanding of what to expect from an office staff in such a delicate yet fast-moving environment, attending to phones, patients, and any requests of the doctor... May Jehovah God bless Dr. Steinmetz and his staff, giving all of them good health and long life so they may take care of us who need them.

Friendly place, and the longest I ever waited was an hour (often I wait much less) - I'd usually wait that long with an appointment at other doctors' offices. Here, no appointment needed. Got referrals with no problem. Thumbs up!

I made appointments during my pregnancy to meet the other two Doctors Dr.Mark and Dr.Greg before my due date. During labor and the process I had to see all 3 doctors. I was nervous to have Dr.Mark from hearing obnoxious comments while in the hospital. Dr. Mark delivered our baby boy! His professionalism and straightforward approach, coupled with his tough love during labor, made a significant difference in my birthing experience. His persistence and knowledge empowered me to achieve a natural delivery, even when I felt like giving up. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his brothers for their trustworthiness and commitment to guiding patients through tough decisions. After labor, my husband had to call for guidance and he was kind, helpful and supportive! Bottom line- After doing research and consulting different doctors my husband and I are so happy we made the right choice to go with Dr. De Fazio Practice. Jenna and the nurse in the office on 82st are professional and courteous. Making you feel comfortable and welcome. We are nothing but grateful for their commitment and work.

I have given this facility a five-star rating due to Dr. Joon Y. Paik. Dr. Paik is the most…read morepassionate doctor within the facility. Words are unable to describe her dedication to her job, and more than her job; by seeing the way in which she cares for each of her patients and the way in which she does not rest until resolving any complication, you are able to realize that more than a job, it is her persona. Her professionalism is evident, and her honesty and resilience are something every one of her patients should appreciate. Within this facility, I have met with many pediatric doctors and staff; however, after 18 consecutive years of visiting, I can not help but notice Dr. Paik's outstanding devotion to her vocation and her wholehearted commitment to every single one of her patients' well-being. Even though many state the wait is long, I believe that the wait is worth it when you can see results like the ones that Dr. Paik provides. Therefore, it is with sincerity that I thank and applaud this facility for having a doctor like Dr. Paik. Thank you.

I am 65 years and have seen SO many dentists throughout my life but in 2025 - I first worked with Dr. Bennett which led to a follow-up this past Saturday. Dr. Bennett has the most perfect combination of professionally, complete respect for his patient; very calmly and kindly explaining each part of the process I've ever come across and since I value comedy when in a vulnerable position like that one but - during little breaks - we had a nice connection of an upbeatness that made enduring some of the worst pain-moments a lot easier to endure. When I left my appointment that day and thought about my experience with Dr. Ryley Bennett - my first thought was: "wow - he has quite an incredible future ahead of him..." I definitely look forward to my next visit...
