Progressive insurance failed us in the worst way and the worst time. But Gary's Classic Towing, out of Astoria, are the best and the brightest of the North coast. They got us on the road and then guided us through side roads, so we could navigate to the tire shop... cuz we only had 5 wheels... on a vehicle that usually features 6 wheels. Yes - it's a $10 radiator cap. But, I would not have been able to diagnose myself, and I risked overheating trying to get home and just refilling. Les Schwab was going to send me to a car dealership. 12 miles away. CD's took care of me where I was without moving my car for way less and no engine damage to get there. The person on the phone stated that he could not check because his system was down. my wife called several hours later, and he was rude to her. He told her that he had already spoken to me and that his system was still down. I rented a car in Astoria and went searching for my truck. It was on their lot not 100 feet from the office door. It amazed me that he did not even attempt to look for it. My insurance company moved the truck to a dealership for repairs. They even had the nerve to charge us storage fees even though he didn't know the truck was there. Bad service.
