I answered a few questions and was told to exit my SUV and before I could check in on social media, it was all done. I could have gone into the office and gotten my plates renewed, but I went home and did it on-line. When I went to order my sticker, I thought I'd have to enter some code number from my inspection, but the site already knew it had been completed. I finished my transaction and had my sticker in the mail within a week. The gentleman doing my inspection was friendly and professional. This was expensive and did not solve the sever shake at all. Lost confidence in A Plus's ability to diagnose this issue and took the vehicle to another mechanic. After a five-minute test drive, the problem was identified as a bad front CV axle which was replaced, and this fixed the sever shake. They don't just throw a band-aid on things and move on. They fix it all. The only thing that could be better was the in-between communication.
