This cleaners is horrible I went to get my jumpsuit press they told me The how soon I can have my clothes I told them it was for me to go to a wedding the day before the wedding I went to pick up my clothes so I inspected it to make sure it was done right they charge me $23 just to press a jumpsuit and it was still Wrinkle so I told the person that attended to me and ask for a manager he said he was the manager I told him that was not acceptable he then proceed to tell.me to live it and I can pick it up the Morning of the wedding I had to argue with this man about it and he act like he really didn't care that I payed all this money and the nerve of him telling me it was only wrinkle a little it took me at least 15 minutes arguing about the issue these people don't care all they want is your money I will never again do business at this place such horrible service am 64 and won't let people like that take advantage of me so be aware of this place so next time you live your clothes there you should definitely inspect them read more

They advertise for alterations & wedding gowns but when I brought in a simple sundress to have a layer added to the skirt for modesty, the man working looked at me like I was insane and rudely said they don't do "customizations". This is my go-to cleaners. I found them since they always run coupon specials in my area. They used to offer a 30% off coupon for everyone but now they've changed it so only new customers can use that coupon. Now the regular customers are only offered 15% off 3 minimum item order The staff here is really nice. It's Located around the corner from a Subway. 1) I brought in a long formal dress to be hemmed. After they inspected the dress they charged me a fee, which I paid. Then I had to try on the dress. The lady put one pin in it. Then she that she undercharged me and that I had to give her more money. Weird. I did, because at that point I had no choice, I had already paid. 2) I tried on the dress after I picked it up and the hem was completely crooked. I came back and immediately, the lady who I assume is the owner told me that that was the style! I have worked with people in the fashion industry for several years and know that a crooked hem that looks like a mistake, is a mistake. Also, Macy's where I bought this dress does not sell crooked hems. 3)The owner said she could fix it for an ADDITIONAL charge! I grabbed the piece of material she cut off. Took in items for alteration and some cleaning. They cleaned things I asked them not to, messed up the alteration and we paid a lot. Then when we went to pick up the repairs from their mistakes the manager woman tried to charge more from the bill already paid! She was rude and it's just astonishing they are still open. Each time I try them I am shocked at prices or rudeness then years later, I would try again... I will not be back. The gentlemen who does alterations is very nice but they made mistakes in what the order was and what was to cleaned, etc. The gall to try to charge more when we were already over charged by over 40.00 was the last straw. read more

I took 4 very expensive sweaters to dry cleaning to this store, date 03/29/2021,I picked up at 04/01/2021 and paid $.29.50,after I inspected my sweaters l noticied;2 white sweaters permanently damaged ; stains not cleaned ,my 2 white sweaters turned yellow by the chemicals cleaner used. This place is awesome! I take my bf's uniforms and a combination of my dry cleaning here about twice a week. They do a fabulous job and the price is more than reasonable especially for someone like me who dry cleans this often! cant break the bank. The people here are so nice and friendly and extremely helpful! Suzie is amazing. Sometimes before i walk in there, she'll have my things ready because she sees me when i park. I dont even have to give her my phone number when i drop things off or pick things up, she knows!!! i've sent many friends here and they have all been extremely pleased with the quality of work. Even my bf has recommended this place to his co workers. I usually need my things the same day and as long as i bring it in before 11, i've done it at 12 once, they were more than accomodating. They do turn off their machines at 12 something though so bring your same-days in as early as possble! read more

They do a great job for cleaning your clothes and the service is very friendly! I think their prices of laundering is expensive compared to other cleaners in the area. So for dry cleaning and spot removal they cans be count on but for laundering they're not cheap. read more

In my entire Yelp 'career', I think I've given only one other establishment one star... Triangle definitely deserves it... They lure you in with coupons for various discounts and generally only honor about a third of my cleaning and end up paying full boat which is very pricey on the cleaning... Is the cleaning service is better than others... It is hard to tell... But I do not like the practice of luring people in saying that they get 30 or 40% off your dry cleaning only to find out that it really is not part of the deal...sorry Triangle-it is bad practice. read more

Recommended by my bestie, I had my wedding dress cleaned, pressed and boxed here. The price was a bit steep ($135) for my drive all the way out to Westchester (I live in Glassell Park), but I understood the reasoning due to the material being handled and the box being imported. After a few weeks, I came in to pick up my dress and it looked GORGEOUS and made me want to wear it again! The owners are super nice and personable too. I was referred to this dry cleaner and have been driving out of my way passing dozens of dry cleaners to go here for about two years. I come here about once a month and I can say for the most part, the experience has been pleasant - the lady at the counter always greets you with a nice smile and great attitude. However, if anything goes wrong don't count on them to maintain the same attitude. I recently dropped off two dress shirts and a pair of pants that needed to be fixed. When I picked up my clothes I noticed one of my shirts had this bleach looking stain right on the front of the chest area. I brought this to their attention and immediately the response was that they weren't to blame. It was completely obvious that this was from cleaning fluid and it was not there when I dropped the shirt off as we both went through all my clothing and marked where stains were. The man (not sure if he is the owner or manager) kept trying to explain how it couldn't have been them and how they don't use chemicals when they launder clothes. Since I never have washed this shirt myself, how could I have dripped cleaning fluid on the chest??? They didn't even say sorry or offer to refund me. This shirt was $100 and now I can't wear it anymore. To say the least, I'm never coming here again. read more

This place works miracles. They've made my clothes look better than when I first bought them. How they removed coffee stains from a cream Banana republic blazer I had given up on is truly remarkable. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was my first visit and they are not only the nicest people I've ever dealt with in any business, but my clothes have never looked so good coming from any other dry cleaner. I'm a little surprised this place has such high reviews. I took my clothes here because everybody is raving about the great prices-I dropped off four shirts and it's going to be $36. Also the girl (who was nice) told me it was going to take 10 days to clean my clothes. I am taken aback because the place I usually go to cleans my clothes no longer than two days and it never costs that high for only four items. I went to this place because I needed a suit in two days, and they assured me they would have it ready for pick up, along with the rest of my clothes, the next day after 5pm. So I stop in after work the next day on the way to an appt, mistakenly thinking that picking up my clothes wouldn't be a problem. After waiting for 20 minutes for them to "find" my clothes, which made me late to my appt, they determined that my order was not put in for next day cleaning. Oops! Luckily they did manage to clean one item from my order and it was my suit, so I took it with me. They weren't particularly apologetic about the mix up, or the huge waste of my time considering I stood there for 20 minutes and then would have to come back again to get the rest of my stuff. When I did come back to get my clothes a few days later, they remembered the mix up but didn't offer any sort of consolation or further apology. It would have been nice to at least get the one suit for free, but nope. Then the bill seemed way too high, especially considering I had a coupon for what appears to be a permanent 30%. When I asked about it, the owner (I believe) just rattled off a bunch of prices and said the discount was included. Ok.... Geez, if that's the price with 30% off, their regular prices are highway robbery! Way to make a bad first impression, Triangle Cleaners. No reason to ever go back. read more

This cleaners is AWESOME! They are SUPER reasonably priced (I'd say "cheap" - but they do great work!!!). They are friendly, NEVER loose or misplace my stuff, and are fast (both at check-in & check-out, and cleaning turn around time). Usually you have a choice with cleaners: good OR inexpensive. Triangle Cleaners restores my faith in humanity! I learned first-hand from the cheerful manager Susie that this business has been in her family for over 20 years. She said that she and her family take pride in business ownership and this is absolutely evidenced by the outstanding customer service, fair cleaning rates, and attention to detail in several areas. Susie was able to produce a CURRENT list of the dry cleaning and laundering rates~a simple feat unmatched by any other dry cleaner I've gone to in the Marina del Rey/Westchester/El Segundo area. Whenever I go to Rowena's in Westchester the clerks there mumble that their manager hasn't gotten around to updating the rates list yet (this has gone on for several months). And I've asked for rates lists at Spring Cleaners in Westchester and another place on Main in El Segundo and the prices I've been charged never match with the prices on their lists. Susie was also happy to explain how she decides which clothes require extra time and effort to clean (and thus an additional fee). Her demeanor was not defensive at all and she was patient with me when I didn't quite understand the price breakdown for "fancy" items right away. She made sure to invite me to ask her any questions about the fees and cleaning process at any time. Another great thing I've only experienced at Triangle Cleaners: my dry-cleaned clothes actually smell sweet and clean! Susie explained that while all dry cleaners should regularly clean their machines, most don't and this leads to an unpleasant odor in the clothes after dry- cleaning. That's the kind of attention to detail I have in my business and I expect it from other professionals. Triangle Cleaners delivers on this! Finally, this cleaner uses an environmentally friendly cleaning product which is something that I personally require in a dry cleaning service. They also recycle the hangers and I think the plastic bags, too. The store itself is bright and cheery and very clean. The staff are friendly and sweet as well.
