It's tucked away in the back of an office park on the second floor, so it can be a bit hard to find. However, once you arrive, you're greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The store is clean, organized, and the games are a lot of fun. They really make an effort to get you involved in the small community--it feels like you're playing at a friend's house. Even though I didn't score too well, I had a great time, especially as a beginner. I highly recommend this place for your weekly card tournament.

These guys kept the two boxes and didn't hand out any prizing for the event. They ended up selling the boosters from the event for 200% markup. So basically waiting a week only to be told that they can't even properly save a single Digimon card basically lost all my motivation to go back to the store to both play Digimon and buy cards from there. Their pricing is usually about $10 more than msrp, which is honestly so good compared to buying directly from resellers. They're always so friendly too! I also love that they limit pokemon tcg to one item per person. So if they have booster bundle and etbs, you can only choose one of them. They also sell loose packs from a booster box, where you can buy a max of 6. I truly love that they limit everyone to one so that there's enough to go around. Asking for their help on anything makes me feel I owe them something or am completely creating a nuisance for them. The best way to sum up shopping at Game Chest is shopping for fun games but judged by mean bullies. The two individuals working Saturday were miserable. FWIW, in the past, there was a very nice gentlemen who was helpful and pleasant but that was at the spectrum center. You could tell he enjoyed games and speaking about it. We opened a tab and paid for two games of pool, and had just started our first game when an employee who was clearing empty glasses walked over, put a penny on the table, and said, "I got next." We politely told him we had already paid for two games and that he could play after we finished. His response was that he works there and "it doesn't work like that." I've never been to an establishment where an employee, while on the clock, kicks paying customers off a pool table so he can play himself. Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Needless to say, I'll never be back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to any civilized person who expects basic respect as a paying customer.
