Triangle Billiards is the spot for all things pool. I have bought 2 McDermott cues from them and totally happy. Had to take one in that the tip had disconnected from shaft and they sent it in to be fixed no problem. Bought a very solid G shaft with butt back up, which Charlene recommended and so happy with it! I recently purchased one of their tables from a local estate auction 40-50 years after they originally sold/manufactured it and they treated me as if I purchased the table new today. What a large selection of pool cues and pool tables all ready to deliver, I haven't seen another showroom as large as this anywhere in California. The technician Paul re-tipped my cue and conditioned my shaft in no time at all. So the owner of this place is not very nice but they have a really good selection of anything and everything you could want for your pool table. I went out n and looked for what I needed. I did nit see the owner and a really nice sales person helped me get exactly what I wanted. Thank you! The pricing here is. It very good at all. I learned after I got home that I over paid for everything but I needed it so I didn't have time to shop around. My advice is know your pricing if your looking for a particular brand. I have just recently purchased a pool table from Triangle Billiards. I used to buy pool accessories and a cue from there. Chris is very helpful and friendly during the time. The table was delivered and set up on 11/6/2020. Everything was good until the delivery day. Before the delivery, I got a phone call from Triangle Billiard that my table is ready for delivery. Two options were available: 10AM or 2PM on a Friday. I told them I work full-time from Monday-Friday. Neither of the options worked for me. I requested if the table could be delivered any time on the weekend or 6PM on Friday. I was told that this was not possible as it would take between 3-4 hours to finish the installation. The set up crew do not work weekends. I finally gave in and agreed to 2PM delivery on Friday. I told them to call me 30 minutes ahead so that I could get myself ready. I had one hour lunch and I planned to take my lunch break from 2:00PM to 3:00PM, so that I could go back home and open the garage for the crew to set up my table. At 1:45 PM, I got no call from anybody. I decided to call and follow up on the delivery. I was informed that the delivery would be "ANYTIME" between 2PM and 6PM. Finally at 3:40PM, I got a phone call from Paul and his team letting me know that he would arrive in 30 minutes. I then took my "lunch break" and rushed back home to get the garage open for the crew. Paul advised me that it would take him around 3 hours to finish the job. I told Paul that I needed to go back to work and I would be back around 6PM. At 6PM, Chris gave me a call and told me the crew was about to finish the installation. He asked me when I could get back home. I told him I needed to finish work and I would be home around 6:15 to 6:20PM. He said ok. By 6:10PM, I got a phone call from Triangle Billiard asking me where I was. I do not know what his name is. He told me the crew had already finished the job and they were on overtime right now. His store was closing and I needed to settle the bill. I advised him that I was on the Freeway and I would get home in 10 minutes. I asked if he could wait. He said "NO" and demanded that I settled the bill right away. I told him "FINE, let me pull over at the curbside and I will give you my credit card info". I did pulled over at the freeway curbside and called Triangle Billiard back. I asked them what my remaining balance and they told me there was an additional 75 dollars for overtime charge. I did not really want to say anything anymore at the time. The bill was paid and I got my pool table. I got back home at 6:20PM and thanked Paul and his crew for their good job. The set up came arrived at my home at 4:PM and finished the installation at 6:PM. Not once but twice that I was told it would take "3 hours" for the entire process. Demanding me to make the payment while they knew that I was driving on the freeway. My time doesn't matter but yours does. WELL DONE TRIANGLE BILLIARDS!!!! 3265300465 read more
