Lots of clothes options with them sorted by color not size. They have dressing rooms but only allow three items in at a time.

When I first walked into this Restore location I thought I was in an Ashley furniture at first…read more They have some really nice show pieces of furniture that they have displayed professionally. All the newer furniture the keep in the front and the more vintage, well loved furniture is more toward the back. Their display of art is done professionally as well. They have some unique lamps and even some plastic sheets of back splash. They don't have a lot of brick and brackets or Knick knacks items but that's ok if you know what you are you looking for and what to expect. Thoughtfully organized and plenty of space to move through the aisles. Im impressed.

I love the furniture store in High Point, i've been a faithful shopper for a year there. I found…read moresome really special items and they were priced really good. I'm now looking at things that are there now in the past six months the pricing has changed so much. They are out pricing the items where people can't really afford to purchase them. It's no longer fun to shop there. I did purchase a lamp that was fabulous. Got the lamp plugged it in doesn't work went back to the store. They asked for my receipt. I don't have it so they won't do anything stuck lamp that doesn't work shame on them. I'm feeling really salty about this.. there is no sign in that says I need to have a receipt. The lady knows I come there all the time , my loss. It's no longer fun to shop at this store. I witness price changing for certain customers!! shame on them.

There's been a lot of talk about Trosa Thrift store around town lately. I've seen it all over…read moresocial media so a friend and I decided to check it out on a Friday afternoon. Trosa is located on Peters Creek Hwy in the Food Lion strip center at the Clemmonsville exit. It's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking which I love. Right inside the door is their whole furniture section, they have tons of tables, chairs, dressers , etc. they even have a whole section of office specific furniture. The prices are very reasonable. This would be a furniture flippers paradise. Towards the back they have shelves of everything from pillows to whole sets of dishes, sports equipment and the most medical mobility equipment I've ever seen anywhere. I'd say, if you are in need of a walker, a bath seat or portable toilet for someone look here because they probably have it at a fraction of the cost it would be to purchase new or rent. The clothing is grouped all together but they aren't keeping it organized as well as it needs to be. All different sizes were mixed in together and I quickly got frustrated and gave up. Both of us had found an item in the kitchen area we wanted so we headed to check out. The workers were very friendly as well. I'll definitely be checking out Trosa regularly in the future. Trosa supports substance abuse treatment. If you want to donate to them, they offer pick up for larger items or you can bring your items to their donation drop off around the back of the store. Just follow the signs.

As it is, this city already has a substantial supply of thrift stores. However, Reconsidered Goods does for the Three Rs what I have never seen any other thrift store do well to date. They likely came into existence as a way to cater to the low-budget art student crowd. They seem to have realized that there is potential value in everything. Literally. From the things you would expect to find for sale anywhere down to the things that are only just shy of trash, depending on your personal criteria. I particularly love the bucket loads of stationery and stickers, and the literal shelf loads of assorted random boxes. Your donations and your purchases all give back to the community in some way. They even have an entire maker space style workshop making up the back half of the building where I assume they also do trainings and workshops. And even their prices are so reasonable that a little bit of pocket change can go a long way. The only complaint I can even come up with is that they aren't open long enough.

The store offers materials for almost every creative hobby you can imagine, from crafting to art projects. On my last visit, they were hosting a customer appreciation event, and I was able to snag an item 50% off. I purchased some vintage plates that I plan to use to display candles in my home. One of my other favorite finds from a previous visit was a vintage gravy boat I picked up the day before Thanksgiving, such a life saver for my first Thanksgiving! This space is a great addition to Greensboro, and I always leave feeling inspired and excited to create.
