I was very pleased with my experience here both as a shopper and a consigner. There is such a variety of clothes here for women, men and children, along with household items and toys. It's neatly organized and everything is high quality. As a first time consigner, the process is very easy and affordable. You can do what they call "walk-in Wednesday" and bring up to 15 items to consign and only pay a $5 fee to open an account. Several of my items sold and the whole process is simple. I would recommend shopping here for sure and if you want to get rid of some items you no longer wear, give consigning a go. Once your closet reaches capacity and your kids have outgrown their clothes you need to come visit etc. The best place to consign kid clothing! I also have had great luck consigning women's clothing and accessories. They make the process very easy so that you can make an appointment or drop in Saturday mornings. The store is huge and makes for easy shopping. Everything is well organized and there's plenty of room to move around. Fitting rooms are well lit and spacious. You can find everything from Gucci to Athleta. Shoes, men's clothing, toys, and furniture are also part of their treasures. Simply the best. You can't beat this place for quality, selection, and great deals. Watch their colored tag system for up to 65% off certain items! Never fails a lot of great items will sell fast at full price though so don't wait if you're really truly in love. Housewares, shoes ($10 Rothy's my best find!), jewelry (love the Rain line), handbags (great Kate Spade find here too), clothes for men, kids, doggie items, women's galore and tons of plus size too! Hate to share my best secret but they deserve the love. My coworkers all shop here now too. I only wish they had a punch/rewards program for dollars spent. When I travel I like to browse thrift & consignment stores and this one is such a great find near the interstate that I shall return. The clothes were great quality and very reasonably priced. The household items were also nice -- no junk here. I found a beautifully handcrafted pottery jar w/lid for $12, NEW blouse (w/tags) $6 and a nice tunic $14 -- just examples -- worth a look as items move quickly or are marked down. Very condescending when you are trying to bring them items to sell. Two pieces had dog hair so they rejected the three boxes of clothing I brought in . The boxes broke as I was trying to get them to my car after they rejected them all without obviously looking and seeing that many pieces still had tags on them. No one aided me as I lugged the heavy boxes out of the store -feeling humiliated... I have no desire to go back again to be a buyer or a seller. read more

Can't believe it's taken me this long to review Etc. This is the best place in town to consign clothes, in my opinion. The pay is generous and the buyers were really kind to me as a clueless first-time buyer. I don't always find enough dresses with pockets here (a staple for me), but there's always something to add to my closet! I'm surprised others think it's expensive, I've gotten some great deals - usually spend around $10 per item. It is a pain to find your items when they don't sell, but that just makes me think carefully about what to take; and when I was distraught about not being able to find something, they offered me assistance (even if I forgot to follow through, oh well). If there's something you really want back that hasn't sold, I recommend going in a couple of days before your final day so you know if there's something you can find. read more

You can pretty much find anything you want here for a consignment shop but they are going to be a little over priced. There is three stores connected together so that you can shop your little heart out. The staff isn't the nicest but just to go look you can find some real treasures. read more

I wouldn't consign here again. They don't mention to you but claim it's in their contract that when you pick up your items you have to search their ENTIRE store- every single rack- for your items. So prepare to have 4 hours to sift though every piece of clothing. At least have the decency to advise your customers that. Of corse they don't though. They can hide your items so you can't find them- which means they don't have to pay you for them if you don't pick them up - they get to pocket all of the profit. This is a very clean consignment shoppe. However, the ladies who answer the phones are rude and condescending. I have had an account there for a year. I have had a chair there for a year, reason why it is still there is because they overpriced the chair dramatically. It is not even a full size chair--its for a foyer or walkaway and it it's priced like it is a normal sized chair. I just think that if you have the money and want to waste on the over-priced items here by all means, that is your decision. But you can get never before used/worn items at a Marshall's , TJ Maxx, Homegoods, etc. read more

Depending on the color of the tag, the item is either normal price or discounted, but the discount colors are on posters around the store so t isn't a hassle. Every item is clean and pressed. I wish I could say I like this shop. I sent a HUGE box of items for consignment and they have not responded to one of my emails or phone calls to confirm they have received it. And yet, I see the items I sent being sold on line!! When I called them to set up an account - they returned my email IMMEDIATELY when I said I have several designer items to sell. And yet, since they received the box I sent, they have not acknowledged the receipt of the box, returned an email to tell me how much they are selling them for - and instead just put my items on their website to sell! This is not only bad business.. this is , well, stealing. They have completely gone MIA. If I lived locally, I would stop by the store but alas, I live out of state. Bad business. Too bad. This place rocks! I have been shopping here for a few years and it is always a pleasure to visit even if I don't buy anything. Ha - I never go out without at least one bag. However, the employees are amazing. Connie, Mary - love them. They can be crazy busy and still take a few moments to chat which is a rarity in this day and age. And everyone else is so kind as well. I hate I don't know the lady's name from Saturday but she was so sweet, nice and down to earth. I bought a simply amazing handbag from in the back as we call it (the good stuff ) and she was patient and kind - much love and kudos to her for putting up with me and my indecisiveness. I would like to add that everyone who works here is always willing to help you out whether you're buying original artwork or shopping off the super sale rack. You're never treated as if you don't belong and you're always welcome whether you're best dressed or ratty t-shirt and shorts (the latter is me when I'm shopping) so a huge THANK YOU to you guys for an always awesome shopping experience and some girl talk too.
