I did end up walking out with some great costume cuff links which I will look forward to wearing to work or a night out. Hans himself is a character. He loves clothing, having worked in high end retail fashion in Atlanta before moving to Winston-Salem to care for his mother. It can only be worked on by benchmade and they can only get it from an authorized dealer. Mast is one of them. I dropped my knife to have it worked on and they kept me in the loop along the way. I knew when it shipped out, I knew when to expect it. Super solid people. Honestly, the five stars applies to the entire store and team but the knife shop did a great job.
