These guys are fantastic! The top on my bug convertible was starting to come off from the back window. I had gotten a quote from a different company a couple of years ago and it was some outrageous price. After having a classy duck tape fix for a while, it was time to shop around for a new top. I reached out to Mike, who responded right away with a reasonable and affordable price quote and provided flexibility on when I could come in to get my car looked at and a top ordered. The team was in communication with me the entire time, letting me know when it will be ready and the price of any additional items that needed to be ordered. My Mercedes GLC has leatherette seats and the drivers side was ripping, flaking and peeling from what we could only assume was normal wear and tear. We met, he gave me an estimate (it was a range and it came in on the low end), and he and his helper sent considerable time discussing which sample material was the best match (that was not easy and they did not rush to a conclusion). We worked together to come up with a schedule that would work for both of us. In the end he met me on a Sunday so that he could store my van indoors, they did the job on the following Monday, and again stored the van so that I could pick it up on Tuesday. He even offered to shuttle me back and forth to Livermore, though I choose to ride my bike. The outcome is perfect. The color is a perfect match too. I could not expect a better job. Mike and Lyle restitched my seat, which had been damaged by the sun, replaced the cracked leather on the center council, and replaced the damaged wood grain. My Lexus SC 400 is 25 years old but looks new thanks to them. They also cleaned the front seat and the stained headliner even though those were not a part of the request. True professionals. They did a great job sourcing very nice leather skin covers for the front seats of my 91 Nissan 300ZX. I was a bit worried as I had a non standard powered seat for the passenger side and also requested map storage pockets for each seat which is not standard. The installed covers are so nice and I could immediately feel a difference as I sat in the car as the seats felt so soft and comfortable compared to the old vinyl covers. read more
