I needed to be picked up at the bus station in the evening, and sure enough, the cab was right there when promised. The driver was courteous and good natured. The vehicle was clean and pleasant. I didn't have to hunt for a seatbelt, like you do in some cabs. Glad to know that a quality 24-hour can service is available when you need a ride from the Oneonta bus station to the middle of nowhere...or somewhere. I was also pleased to learn that this taxi company provides rides to the airports (Albany, JFK, etc.), New York City, or pretty much anywhere you might need to go. And, after many bad experiences with NYC cab drivers (and other drivers) who chat on cell phones and send text messages while driving, it was a relief that this driver kept his phone contact with the base quick and minimal. I've seen enough vehicular near-misses with folks on cell phones and other distractions to be very uncomfortable with this behavior. I was pleased that, after a quick check-in with the base, my driver focused on the road. I even learned a new short-cut home!

Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. We got a quote and invoice within 15 minutes. 4am on the day of our flight they were at our house not just on time but early! Friendly, courteous safe driver. My son's appointment ended at 4:30 PM, and I immediately called A&D Transport Services to request pickup. I was told the driver was only 15 minutes away. After 15 minutes passed with no arrival, I called again. Over the next hour, I made a call trying to get an update. Eventually, the doctor's office was closed, and we were still waiting for transportation. It was not until 6:26 PM that someone finally arrived to pick us up. When the vehicle arrived, there was already a stranger sitting in the front seat, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and concerning. No one should be left waiting for hours without reliable service. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
