The person who answered my initial call was professional and took my reservation--which was then fulfilled exactly as planned. I needed to be picked up at the bus station in the evening, and sure enough, the cab was right there when promised. The driver was courteous and good natured. The vehicle was clean and pleasant. I didn't have to hunt for a seatbelt, like you do in some cabs. Glad to know that a quality 24-hour can service is available when you need a ride from the Oneonta bus station to the middle of nowhere...or somewhere. I was also pleased to learn that this taxi company provides rides to the airports (Albany, JFK, etc.), New York City, or pretty much anywhere you might need to go. And, after many bad experiences with NYC cab drivers (and other drivers) who chat on cell phones and send text messages while driving, it was a relief that this driver kept his phone contact with the base quick and minimal. I've seen enough vehicular near-misses with folks on cell phones and other distractions to be very uncomfortable with this behavior. I was pleased that, after a quick check-in with the base, my driver focused on the road. I even learned a new short-cut home!

Eventually, the doctor's office was closed, and we were still waiting for transportation. It was not until 6:26 PM that someone finally arrived to pick us up. When the vehicle arrived, there was already a stranger sitting in the front seat, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and concerning.
