I was so worried they would miss the flight due to weather, traffic or the fact it was the holidays. Not only did they confirm appts before, but they texted me letting me know they were there to pick up at 0300, but when they stopped at Albany airport too. Then texted me again a couple days prior to Christmas Eve for the airport ride back home. They took away from their personal Christmas time with their family to make sure mine was picked up and home safe on Christmas Eve. They are a little higher than super shuttle or ubers, but definitely more comfortable and more reliable. They will always have my business when I visit New York and when my family flies to San Diego to visit me! Do not waste ur time on any other company in the Albany or Glen Falls area!!!!!

We had a very early flight from JFK in February that was adjusted to an earlier time at the last minute by the airline due to weather. Michael and Jose did not flinch, they updated our pickup time from 2am to 1am and Jose was an absolute pleasure to travel with. We were lucky enough to ride with Jose both ways and the whole car service experience made our vacation that much more stress free and enjoyable. Jose even braved a treacherous and long sheet of ice and snow helping us get our suitcases from the car to the house upon our return to Albany. This is the way to go if you need a car service.

She has also changed her original response below and taken out the line where she said "he LIED about paying $60", after I added a photo of the receipt - my son was the only passenger. I would avoid this business. I don't like the way she tried to create anxiety about whether the other services were reliable - they were just fine. She is very unpleasant in her attitude and in the way she treats people, and also appears to have removed a number of poor reviews.

He was very responsive as we planned our pickup time / location. On the date of our trip, he arrived promptly at the time we had agreed upon, and his car had lots of space for our luggage. I should also mention that John's rates are very reasonable -- with how excellent his service was, we felt he provided incredible value for the price. Thanks so much, John!! No one was out there when they said. They didn't even bother to try to ring the apartment number that they were here. They just straight up didn't do their job. I think they didn't look or put in the number properly themselves and just didn't look to check and assumed what my actual phone number was was a mistake because the area code is one digit off from the local one as I moved here from a different state. But even then, the door bell is right there. If your staff can't figure out how to use a doorbell, you can't figure out how to tell them to use it, you're not very smart and shouldn't be in a field like this. I had to miss an incredibly important doctor's appointment that can't be rescheduled until February because they couldn't do the BARE MINIMUM that was their job. Lazy morons.
