Well, we got a call back from her maybe 20 minutes later and the price increased considerably. We told her thanks, but no thanks. Tyler and Co over at Mavis have always been extremely friendly knowledgeable and have serviced all our needs for our cars and have never tried to lie or overcharge us . I had to bring my car in this morning because I heard a rubbing metal noise between my rotor and right tire dropped it off an hour later I got a call saying there's no issue everything checks out great they even test drove it there was some gravel found that was possibly causing the sound that was rubbing against the rotor and the brake pad and I do drive over gravel roads every week . They have always been upfront honest and have not charged if there was no issue. Definitely would recommend them

He had to push through a lot of snow just to reach my car, and he did everything pleasantly and at a most fair price. Once I got there, the day of my appointment, I was immediately greeted by the associate behind the counter. They also started to process my info. and informed me the inspection would take about 45 min. That may seem long but he explained that in addition to the NYS inspection procedure they also conduct their own 60 pt. check. They then provide you with all that info and any issues they may have noticed. As the associate and I had a conversation, I was informed this independent company was in Middletown, NY and just recently relocated to Port Jervis,NY. Great Service. Seems to be really honest people doing good work.
