I cannot sing higher praises! Every second of my experience…read morewith Allied Computing was excellent. I had purchased a used iMac from a friend. We attempted to follow Apple's instructions for clearing data but seemed to have made an error somewhere. My "new" iMac wouldn't work! After spending hours trying to triage the situation myself (searching the internet and speaking with AppleSupport on the phone), I made an appointment with Allied Computing for the following day. At my appointment, I gave a brief description of my computer's issue. The technician seemed incredibly confident and competent and put my worries at ease. I left feeling hopeful that my tech trauma would soon end. The following day I received a call from Allied Computing informing me that my computer had gone through extra diagnostics tests, and was working well! They fixed the bugs in the hard drive, downloaded the latest Operating System AND set up a user account on my behalf. I'm extremely pleased with the service as they truly are professionals. While I truly hope I don't have any future tech issues, I feel much more secure knowing I can reach out to AC next time!

If you own a boat--or are even thinking about it--stop what you're doing and go to Captains Marine…read more This place is a total game changer. Captains Marine is so much more than a boat dealership. It's truly a one-stop shop for everything boating--sales, service, transport, storage--you name it. And they make the whole experience effortless. I bought my boat here and couldn't be happier. The sales team was amazing--no pressure, just super knowledgeable folks who really listened to what I needed. They helped me find the perfect boat without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. But the real magic happened after the sale. The service department is top-tier. Fast, honest, and thorough. Every time I bring my boat in for maintenance or a checkup, I leave with total peace of mind. Their transport and storage team is just as impressive. They handle everything like pros--clean, secure storage and careful, on-time transport to and from the lake. It's been such a relief not having to worry about the logistics. They seriously take the hassle out of boat ownership. Now here's where they really went above and beyond: I was nervous about launching my boat by myself for the first time. One of the guys at Captains Marine didn't just give me tips--he actually came out to the ramp with me, walked me through it step by step, and stayed until I felt confident doing it solo. Who does that these days?! That kind of support is rare, and I'll never forget it. Long story short: Incredible staff Top-notch service Seamless transport & storage Support that goes above and beyond Captains Marine takes care of everything, so all you have to do is enjoy the water. Highly, highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with my experience…read more I purchased a tube of marine epoxy that was clearly old. The contents were thick, gummed up, extremely difficult to squeeze out, and the epoxy never cured, making it completely unusable. When I brought it back, I was told they couldn't accept a return because the package had been opened. That's exactly the problem--there was no way to know the product was defective without opening it and attempting to use it. A defective product can't be identified while it's still sealed. What was most disappointing wasn't just the defective epoxy, but the response. No refund was offered, no exchange was offered, and there was no attempt to stand behind the product they sold. I understand stores need return policies, but those policies shouldn't be used to avoid responsibility for selling defective merchandise. I expected much better customer service from a local marine supplier. I always try to buy Local when I can and this Customer Service sent me to the Internet.

Whitefish Marine? More like Whitefish Dream-ine…read more If there were six stars, I'd give them seven. This place is so good it made me forget I'm a grown adult with bills, bad knees, and a questionable credit score. Mrs. Davis deserves her own talk show, she's that kind, that helpful, and somehow makes you feel like you're the most important person on the lake. And Jesse at the dock? The man parks boats smoother than I park a shopping cart. Honestly, if my life ever depends on precision, I'm calling Jesse before I call 911. The boats? Gorgeous. Like, "don't take me home, I live here now" gorgeous. The lake? Basically a giant mood booster served cold with a side of sunshine. And the views? Unreal. If your jaw doesn't drop, you should probably check your pulse. Navigation and info are laid out so clearly, even I couldn't screw it up, and trust me, if there's a wrong turn to make, I'll make it. Not here though. Here, it's smooth sailing (literally). I'll absolutely be back. Probably too often. Probably with way too much sunscreen. And definitely with that same goofy grin that says, "I just found my happy place."
