I rented the 23 foot Malibu waterski boat. The boat was…read moreolder model, but in decent shape, and it performed well. The problem was that the wakeboard they gave me was pretty beat up. I was unable to put it on because the neoprene was torn. We were about an hour away from the store when I figured this out, and Ron wasn't concerned at all. They didn't charge me the nominal $20 for the board rental. Big Deal. I paid over $800 to rent the boat and go Wakeboarding, and I was unable to do so. Then when we were 10 minutes away, I called Ron so that he could meet us at the dock. He said that he didn't want to be stuck waiting on me to arrive, and I should call him when I was at the dock. I called, and waited a half hour for him to show. Ron does not care at all about customer satisfaction. You are better off swimming than renting a boat from Wild Wave Watercraft & Boat rentals.
