They have…read morebeen maintaining our family's pool since we bought our house in 2017, and they DO NOT cut corners. Their service is consistent, punctual, thorough and appropriately priced. The owner of the company, Robert, seems to have "grown up" in the pool industry - his uncle owned a pool company where he worked before going to Tortorella and, ultimately, going out on his own...this appears to be sort of a family business. If you need troubleshooting or are having a tough time figuring out the source of a slow leak, chemical imbalance or other issue, give Robert and his team a try - they have helped several of my family members and friends whose "regulars" couldn't provide a long-term fix of their issues. Pools are not one-time expenses - like a car, roof, or any other capital investment, uptake is required. Whether you need simple maintenance or more significant work, we haven't come across anyone better than Robert and the team at HBP - give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!
