The owner of the company, Robert, seems to have "grown up" in the pool industry - his uncle owned a pool company where he worked before going to Tortorella and, ultimately, going out on his own...this appears to be sort of a family business. If you need troubleshooting or are having a tough time figuring out the source of a slow leak, chemical imbalance or other issue, give Robert and his team a try - they have helped several of my family members and friends whose "regulars" couldn't provide a long-term fix of their issues.
