When I went outside I was shocked to see all of my bushes trampled on and destroyed and this one pulled out and left on the bluestone. The worst part of the whole story is when I emailed them to share my horror they didn't seem to care and said they would not replace any of them. To top it all off I decided not to pay my astronomical closing bill as they wouldn't compensate me for the damage and they put it through without my consent to my American Express card. From the designer Kelly, to the actual layout, Dieter (the owner), to the construction, Mike, they did a great job. With all if the delays caused by Covid, we actually swam by the end of August.
